In December 2016, I was informed by AGA I had a computer virus, which they removed/ They installed an Anti-virus, Firewall ATF software. I was given a 1 year warrentee.
My computer was hacked and was ruined. They said they could do nothing, except to cantact the Computer Manufacturer, "ASUS" and then Microsoft. They both said I was ripped off!
AGA/ Neuron support will not accept my calls, do not have an office in Florida, but claim to have a home office in West Virginia? They keep promising the billing department will contact me about a refund, but nothing happened. Today 3/13/2017, I was promised again by Justin, the Billing will call me.
This is the 4th time I have been promised?
