Hi everyone! You obviously have seen some rip-off reports online for customer service/marketing. Now, I'm sure you've seen a plethora of different posts like these but you should definitely watch out for one called Agility (or one of their many other names such as AGI Marketing or NewGen). THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!
I was tricked and so were many people before me. I chose to not listen or pay attention to the many reviews about this circus but they are all, sadly, true. This place has been telling people to quit their jobs and join their "firm" for "marketing". YEA RIGHT!!! This is a lie--you will be approaching sketchy people on the streets and sneaking into stores to sell MAKE-UP to people (be careful not to get kicked out). WAIT--IT GETS BETTER! 6-7 of the 10 people that work there all live together in an apartment and go bar-hopping like real pals. Oh, did I mention, they all live in the apartment of the man you will be working for! Professional, right? Better hope you're one of those people in his circle of friends or you're pretty much screwed, as a few of his own tenured employees told me.
Not to mention they all share one vehicle so you will be required to run yours into the ground so that they can bum a ride off of you to make money for themselves. Now, maybe it's just me, but if you can really become as successful and wealthy as they claim, how come none of those people can afford their own vehicle yet? Hmmm...?
They'll tell you that you have a security blanket of $300 for the first week, LIES. Any money you get is from the $4 you MIGHT make per make-up kit you sell. Don't expect any money from them. They won't even tell you the hours you work! You'll be working 11-12 hours a day, 6 days a week.
I left that place as soon as I went in. A few of his employees (girls) even told me to quit because the job is taxing and I won't make much money. I guess I didn't fit into their little girl group of drama. Beware of two specific girls, by the way. The one with super-curly red hair is rude, condescending, passive-aggresive, and all around mean. Her "bestie" with black, short hair is too good to talk to you. I guess I dont even need to describe them since their major attitude problems give them right away. They both hang around the "boss" so I guess their behaviour is automatically excused.
ALL IN ALL; are you looking for a job with co-workers that treat you like trash because you're brand-new and not part of their clique? What about a boss that treats you like less than the rest because you're not making him as much money? Are you also looking to waste the little money you made, on replenishing your gas? What about humiliating yourself in the streets in extreme weather while your "boss" sits around twiddling his fingers or counting his cash? If so, this is the job for you!

Just as an FYI guys they changed their name.... AGAIN he now is running Instinct Marketing Concepts. Same company, same scam, same terrible "owner".
I wish I would've known it was the same company before i wasted 2 weeks of my life. BEWARE Instinct (Agility, AGI whatever he goes by now) is NOT the place for anyone with any sanity.

To all of those who have read my report on this company, I'm hoping you read the rebuttal before this one by the owner of the company. I'm sure it may look familiar. as it was copied and pasted here word-for-word from a previous rebuttal he made on a different report on this same site.
Now, I don't know about you all, but doesn't it seem a little off that this man spends enough time looking for all the complaints that have been made about his company to have had to copy and paste the text as a rebuttal onto this report?
Sorry, Mr. Sims, but if you truly believed your "firm" wasn't the scam company that it is, you wouldn't have to even think about looking online to find all the numerous complaints about Agility, AGI Marketing, or what ever it is that you are calling it now.
I also find it humorous how he finds it completely appropriate to say that he has to refrain from calling those who speak negatively about his company "words". Strong words I'm sure; very classy, Mr.Sims. I've never met a professional who spoke this way, none from a successful, honest company anyway.
I do appreciate the attention you have brought to my report though, God Bless You.

Hi guys--my name is Caleb Sims. Normally it's not really my style to respond to something like this, as it takes a fool to argue with one, but I've worked tremendously hard to put myself in a position to run and own my own business (just as any entrepreneur), and I've finally deemed that the egregious nature of this post warrants some type of response.
Let me start by saying that I am a Tufts University graduate, which was recently ranked in the top 10 in the US for smartest students. I answered an ad in Boston when I was 21 years old, fresh out of school. I got several job offers for what the author of this post would call "real jobs" but none that had the same growth potential that I saw with this company. My interviewer was a Cornell grad with a Business Management and Entrepreneurship double major--I decided he would be a pretty good guy to learn from. He certainly was not the type of person to work for a "scam" company.
I loved the challenge of the field pretty much right away as it developed my communication skills, confidence, and mentality tremendously. I understood and appreciated it. Along the way, I also read posts like the one above, but thank God I was smart enough to understand why someone would post something like this. This is a business where literally nothing is handed to you and you get what you deserve. Unfortunately, I am a member of the laziest generation in the history of forever, where everyone feels as though they are somehow owed something. God forbid you actually have to work for your money. I grossed 42,000 dollars in the 10 months I spent in the field. I was very much OK with this, especially considering the education that I received during those 10 months.
By July of 2011, I was a capable business owner. I proved it by making 125k running a business when I was 22 years old. EVERY person who walks through the door has the same opportunity that I did--its up to them what they make of it. I am 25 now and have I have made tremendous friends and business partners along the way. I'm invested in their lives in much more than a monetary sense and words can't describe how much I care about them. "Lying to a friend" is something that I'd never stand for and I have 1000 examples out there that would tell you the same thing.
At the end of the day, there are going to be haters along the way in most any entrepreneurial venture. Study literally ANY successful entrepreneur and you will find this information. Jim Rohn calls is "steering clear of the 97%". For the record, Smart Circle International has countless reputable clients (Home Depot, Direct TV, Subway sandwiches, the New York Yankees, Costco, Sam's Club, and the list goes on). These clients have undoubtedly read posts like this one--and they are still clients because they understand the "why" behind it. Being an entrepreneur is not for everyone and the strong survive. Who posts something like this anonymously anyways? I'll refrain from the words that I'd call them. If you'd like to discuss any of a aforementioned I encourage you to contact me directly at 781 572 1793. Thank You
