The company did not send out a bill or notification of cacellation of policy at all, cancelled policy in Nov 05,sent us new Ins.Cards in Dec for Dec 05 thru June 06 policy. Also added another car for us in Jan 06. This was right after we filed a claim from an accident,and the company STILL has not sent out cancellation notices to our finance companies, and refuses to re-instate or re-write a policy, saying they can't because we were cancelled for non-payment, and would have to show a payment history of 1 year of insurance before they could do either. They were the Insuarance we had for over 5 years, and were NOT notified that we were cancelled. They say they sent out a 'registered'letter that needed a signature,but all they said was that it was sent. They cannot produce a signature card for the cancellation notice.
They have always sent all notices on time untill now.
This is in retaliation for a run in with the adjust for our claim.
We were told that 'We better watch it', or we would have 'a problem'.
Now they do.
