This company charges undisclosed fees, has mis applied my payments on several occassions and charged me late fees due to thier crediting my payments to the wrong accounts, and they have removed funds from my escrow account to purchase unauthorized insurance that was not required.   Before you use them....check out thier rating with the better business bureau in San Diego where they operate from...the BBB gives them a "C" rating due to the volume of unresolved complaints.   The last conversation I had with thier management about charges they made to my account I told them they were doing things that I did not agree to in my loan agreement.   Thier manager actually told me "the agreement does not say we CAN'T do what we are doing".   So basically...regardless of how obsurd thier behavior is...they claim that just because the agreement does not prohibit thier conduct...they can do it.   And the reason she said she can do what they are doing to me (charge my escrow for unreasonable and unauthorized charges) is because "we have a lein on your property and if you don't allow us to remove these charges from your escrow, we can foreclose".   I have filed complaints with the BBB, State Attorney General, and Federal regulatory agencies against this company.   The best thing we can do as consumers is not to give our business to companies like this.   These small outfits operate under the radar and rip consumers off because they are not big enough for the government intervene.
