We called this company to come out and clean the air ducts in our business , when they showed up the first thing that they wanted was the credit card number . Then one of the two guys that came kept trying to sell us a UV light for the Air Handler Units , without even looking at the units to see if we even needed it.

The other guy took down two of the a/c vents down and pulled out a real small vacuum that I would use to clean my car's carpet floors , then I noticed that all the dust that he was removing from the duct was coming out of the back side of the small vacuum , so I had to tell them to stop and figure out a way to do with out blowing all the dust all over the furniture and floors. Mean while the other guy kept telling me that the ducts were too dirty and I needed to replace them all , for a small charge of $6,500

I left for about 2 hours thinking that they were going to be there for a while since they had about 15 vents to do , but about 1 1/2 later they called to say that they were done and left. When I got back , i saw finger and hand prints all over my walls but in only 3 out of the 15 locations . I pulled down one of the vents and no work had been done , then I pulled down another and it was the same.

I called the company and they told me that they reported that all the work was reported as done , I told them to send the guys back out so they can show me what they did and they never came back. After that I called the company about 10 times to speak to a supervisor to have some one come out and explain to me what they did and no one knows anything and no one returns our calls. This company needs to stop ripping people off .
