I tried to cancel the day after I had signed agreement (less than 12 hours later), the company hung up on my 5 times till finally I got someone on the phone at 630pm.  He said that everything was ok and that they would cancel the install all I had to do was call on Monday to get money back.  I called monday to the number the guy gave me and had to leave a message.  Tuesday morning I got a call that they were coming to do install, I told the gentleman that I had cancelled he said I couldnt cancel and if I did he he would not return 25% of my money.  He persuaded me that his company was a reputable company and that they would do a good job.  After an hour on the phone with him I decided to continue the install.  They were supposed to install my A/C on Tuesday at 2pm, they did not show up until 7:30pm (bad traffic), ok I believed it the first day. They had to reschedule for Thursday at 2pm again, I called the company at 2pm they said the tech would be there at 5pm. The Tech called me at 6pm saying he was running late and would be there in an hour. At 730pm I was told that his car had to be towed and he would be a bit late. At 944pm he showed up with the equipment put it in my basement and left they said he would be back on sat morning to install the system. He showed up 40 min late on sat and installed the a/c but didnt have the vents he was supposed to install and apparently there was a problem with the exhaust for the heating system, had to come back. Came back on following Tuesday and finished heating and duct work yet did not have the thermostat so had to come back Sat am to put in Thermostat. I was initially told the both thermostats would be changed upstairs and downstairs came in did one thermostat and said the second one was not in contract it would be more finally he put in.The contract was for 2 units at $6634 total after looking at it again on Tuesday the tech said it would be better to go with a 2 and 1/2 ton a/c and 3 ton heater instead of the initial 2 ton for the first system keeping the second system at 3ton.  They told me it would be $800 more for the upgrade and installing 1 duct and 1 return.  After the third day I waited on the install and it wasnt finished I cancelled the second unit, they only returned $2000 saying that they had given me a really good deal and that it would be $4634 for the 1 unit plus 1 duct and 1 return.
