Airflow Appliance Repair Makes money from just showing up! Not repairing anything! Van Nuys California

I called this company first for a dryer issue. Even though they ask for make and model BEFORE they come out, they showed up to tell me they can't fix this model! That will be $35 for my 5 minutes! So I had a water heater go out on a Sunday. It would light, but would not stay lit. We called Airflow Monday to hopefully get them to redeem themselves. The (same) repair man checked the dishwasher (about 15 min), and the water heater (2 min).

Gave me a bill for the dishwasher, and told me he fixed the water heater. That will be $35 service charge for the dishwasher (we refused to have it fixed), and $45 for the water heater (for repair)! I was told the water will be hot within 1 hour. It was not. As a matter of fact, the water NEVER got hot. We called Airflow, and asked for someone to repair it that evening. They would not. They said they would come out between 9-12, and would send a different repair man. He did not show up until AFTER 12!

Now he wants to say they have 30 days to resolve my issue....who goes 30 days without hot water? We went 72 hours without it, which was long enough! What did they do to resolve this complaint? Nothing! They want me to pay them for their lack of service. If they plan to collect any money from me, I hope to take it out of their potential business for their (lack) of service. BEWARE!
