We were promissed next day shipment, then 1-2 weeks shipment. Nothing happened during 46 days! Customer service is horrible. Company doesn't respect their customers. There is no way to verify our order status - link doesn't show it. They don't answer phone calls. I need to find way to cancel my order and it isn't easy because there is no procedure for that. They can charge my credit card any time they decide to do it even after a year when I wouldn't need the item.
They wasted my time and kept me waiting for so long. I didn't order from another company because I was afraid that both companies will send me an air rifle and I don't need two.
If you don't want to waste your time - stay away from AirGun Warehouse Inc.

Seriously? They rock? You got lucky. Take a look at the complaints about Airgun Warehouse on Yelp. You'll see some real horror stories. I wish I had bothered to do a little research before I placed my order with them. I got suckered by the slick Yahoo E-commerce storefront and the fact that they accept PayPal.
I'm hoping to help others avoid the experience.

Because I am a procrastinator and do not like spending a ton of money, I was in a panic as to what to get my son for his birthday in less than a week. I found airgunwarehouseinc.com and ended up buying the Crosman 760 Pumpmaster rifle.
Even though it cost me a little more for overnight shipping, I took it. I'm so glad I did. The gun arrived right on time as they promised, and in perfect condition! I even contacted customer service before ordering to make sure it would arrive on time, and they were so friendly and helpful. After ordering the gun, I went online again to see how I faired price-wise compared to other companies. What I found was that even with the overnight shipping fee, I still spent less than if I had gone somewhere else!
I would definitely recommend airgunwarehouseinc.com to everyone. They are a top-notch company! My son is going to love his birthday present! Thanks, Airgunwarehouseinc!
