Airpro AIRPRO John Bielaga and Timothy Ebert Scam artists who unlawfully use the names of reputable companies to start a business Waukesha, Wisconsin

These two men are very clever. They post classified job postings to telemarketers or executive appointment setters. The services offered are to clean heating and air ducts. However, when they arrive the services can never be completed, and the customers don't get any responses to their f0ollow-up requests.

These two also scam the workers. There do not require that an I-9 (a federal requirement to verify legal status for even being employed), a w-2/w-4 is not required, and the paperwork they do require you to sign is only for their benefit. They dcon't provide copies of the forms, they lie about how you're going to be paid, and the checks are written from a personal checking account drawn on Tri-City Bank under Airpro and Tim Ebert. No street address is indicated--only the city of Oconomowoc.

The two usually switch roles when you first start working for them. John starts out as the manager and then after about 9-10 business days, Tim shows up and says that John has been fired or no longer with the company. Tim then declares that there is no paperwork for the workers to verify the contract of employment which states what and how you will be paid. When it is time to get paid, you end up with less than $100 for working three weeks or more and meeting a quota of 150 calls per 5-hour shift.

Tim advised we didn't need to complete w2/W4 or I-9 forms because he filed a 1099 and that was/is the only requirement needed for him to run a business to have the lifestyle he wanted.

They currently rent office space at Terra Nova in Waukesha. We were told last week we couldn't park in the parking lot because he only 'rented' 7 parking spaces. That statement is what prompted our investigation into these two guys. They advertised as being Terra Nova and now all of a sudden we were all working fcor Airpro! Well, Airpro is a commercial and industrial business, We called residences---not businesses.

Now they're advertising employment opportunities that allow you to work from home under a contact name of Lora or other aliases. Perhaps they realize everyone is on to their scam and it would make them less noticable if 'employees' worked from home, used their personal computers, and personal phones (we used cell  phones since Vonage wouldn't always work through the computer hook-ups).

These guys need to be stopped. If there is any lawyer who would be willing to help with this investigation, we would greatly appreciate your assistance. Customers and college students are being 'shafted' and these con-artists need to go to jail and make restitution to everyone.
