Alan Able Heating & Cooling did not fix problem,wont return calls,out $468.00 and still not fixed. Zanesville Ohio

Alan Vohs (dba Alan Able Heating and Cooling) replaced the circuit board in the frig.for a cooling problem.  Auto defrost wasnt coming on allowing heavy ice build-up where the cold air came out of to keep frig. cold. The frig. worked for about 30 days and the ice build up again. Circuit board was not the problem. Parts and labor..$468.00. Called Alan and got answering machine. Left a message requesting a service call to fix the problem. Over the next 12 hrs. my daughter and I called and left messages on 3 different phones. He answered the phone once and told me he had been very sick but was feeling better. He promised me he would call me witin the hour and set a time to fix the frig. I have not heard from him since. Even though he knew that there are seven people in that house and four of them are children. I certainly would not trust this man to repair my furnace. Or anything else for that matter !!!
