And yeet another ripoff...I was as many others billed 14.95 plus taxes for a service not ordered. I got the same response from AT&T (formerly Bellsouth) that there is nothing they could do to reverse the charges I nor any other member of my family ordered. I threatened and attorney inquiry and did get a billing manager to tell me she would refund one month's charge...BIG DEAL!! This is a major slamming factory!!! They should along with AT&T be taken to task for this flagrant disregard for their customers!!! I definitely think a class action suit is in order !!!!!!!!!
