I just learned of this complaint or I would have posted a comment a long time ago. When reading the complaint by this anonymous person (who isn't really anonymous to us) this complaint is about something that is supposed to have happened to me, i.e. Alan is to have behaved improperly with me when I was staying with him. The OP is telling you about things that I am supposed have to her. The whole post is total nonesense.

I have read Alan's reply and it is accurate and to the point. This girl didn't quit, she was dropped when she had a childish tantrum because she was jealous about her boyfriend modeling. Here is what really happened.

I am a model from the east coast that travels to California on a regular basis. When the studio was open (It closed almost two years ago), I used to stay in the studio and worked in the office when I was in town. Although the studio is gone, I still continue to work for Alan when I come to town out of his new location.

Not long after the OP signed with the company, she learned we had a tanning system. She asked about my tan and I told her it had been sprayed on. She asked if she could watch. Her mother was there as well. She came and she watched the process. When being sprayed, you have to apply the solution ot the butt crack or there is a white line. There is nothing wierd about that or the way that it is done.

She and I talked and I told her I stayed in the studio while I was in town. Much of the time I was there by myself. I never heard anymore from her nor did I ever tell her that anything inappropriate had happened.

Fast forward a year, I was back in town and we had a job that included a male model and several female models. The OP's boyfriend asked to do the job and Alan agreed to let him.

The OP and her boyfriend showed up for the shoot. She was just there watching. She got incredibly upset and jealous about the shoot because we were there with her boyfriend. As I already said, she threw a tanntrum and got completely out of hand. She started calling the office every day, showing up and screaming at me, screaming at Alan and screaming at just about everyone there.

She came one day and Alan was gone so I called him. He told me to send her away and to tell her we wouldn't be working with her anymore. She became more livid. Without going into too much detail, she made threats and Alan simply stood his ground.

Aparently she posted this not long after her tantrum, but a year after she watched me tan. I really think that this post was an attempt to get me fired as much as it was to embarass Alan. Obviously he knew it was me that she was referring to.

Alan is one of the nicest guys I know and perhaps the easiest to work with. I have never seen anyone try harder when working for the girls. He treats everyone far better than they treat him. By the same token, I have never seen anything as bad as the way he is treated by the girls no matter what he does for them.

While Alan is less involved in management and more involved in other areas of the entertainment busienss now, I have to tell you that you need to work with him if you get the chance. He has done a lot of things for a lot of people.

As for him misbehaving or acting inappropriately with a model, it has never happened and it never will. He is one of the few people I really trust.

I have generally chosen to ignore this report since it is so spectacular that it is unbelievable. I have finally decided to post a rebuttal because I have been asked by several models to do so. They find it as offensive as I do, but I think it bothers them more than me.

First, I want to say that anyone who insists on posting anonymously is a coward. It is easy to accuse someone of something if you hide in the bushes. But many of us know who this person is.

Contrary to what she is suggesting, she didn't stop working with us, she was terminated. She was terminated for childish, immature conduct. Her boyfriend asked to do a job where he was posing with a number of pretty models and she got both jealous and upset, behaving very badly. The result was we decided not to renew her contract with us. That is what triggered this report.

As for the allegations, I think most readers are astute enough to see through them. She complains of things like tanning and dressing rooms. How is it that she fails to mention that parents were generally present, staff members were present and photographers were often present since she participated in a number of photo workshops? Why is this complaint being made by her and not her mother? Why did it take her a year to complain about some of these things? There was never a complaint made to anyone until after we cancelled her agreement and the only complaint that was ever made was this online spurious attack.

Even the most ugly of complaints, that there was sexual impropriety, is implausible. Her claim is that there was an out of town model who told her of inappropriate conduct. She claims to have met her at a photo shoot at the studio. One has to ask a simple question. If the incident occurred, why was the out of town model still there? If that had allegedly happened to you, wouldn't you have left?

Why didn't the alleged victim complaint to anyone, such as our staff? Why was the poster the only one to know about it? No names, dates or facts are mentioned, but then, of course, this is an anonymous report.

I have dozens upon dozens of references. I bring models in from out of town all the time. If anyone reading this report is genuinely concerned, please contact me for some legitimate references rather than the spurious attack from someone who lacks the courage to use her own name.
