alanic is a growing apparel design & manufacturing company from Australia. (alanic.com - facebook.com/alanicgroup) We have multiple offices and boast big profits. Although the company itself is trustworthy, we hire representatives that are not.

Tony Beig is alanic's Managing Director. (facebook.com/tonybeig)To put it nicely; He's a Liar!

One of the ways a company like this gets "Things Done" to make it look like they have an awesome Media/Design/Creative Team is by using Independent Contractors. Tony Beig is often times in charge of finding & hiring these Independent Contractors.

Tony Beig coordinates these Independent Contractors to develop most everything you see when you view alanic's advertising & offerings. The initial consultation and agreement goes well because Tony has the backing of the alanic name and a few known sponsors. This is the "bait & switch".

It is common practice for Tony Beig to change the creative direction once a project is complete and alanic has taken delivery. (Not to mention the numerous alterations and different versions requested) Thus telling the tale that the work is obsolete, incorrect, or otherwise unusable. When in fact, the work DOES get used by alanic in their advertising, website, sales pitches, designs, expos, etc.

In this practice, the Independent Contractors get screwed and often times do NOT get paid.

I write this simply because I may or may not have fielded emails & telephone calls &/or seen this happen all too often with alanic & Tony Beig. Believe me, this is only scratching the surface.

We receive the benefit of awesome Designs and Media at dirt cheap prices then turn around and sell them for huge profits. It just doesn't seem fair that the people we are using to actually create the Face of our company are getting screwed.
