I have been an entrepreneur, consultant, and teacher since 1969. I am also a published, best-selling author, and write under the legally recorded name "Albert Fury". I am also a former commissioned officer in the US Army who served during the Vietnam war. However, it seems impossible to be in business for 43 years and not annoy some people along the way. I am surprised that there have been so few.

The report by R.E. Sanford is an example of how an angry, mean-spirited person exacts revenge when they have no valid issue to be angry about. I have never had a client named R.E. Sanford which makes his complaint suspect from the outset. However, I did have a client from Beverly Hills, Ca.---a spoiled rich kid from Europe seeking to make a quick fortune in America.

Here are the Facts:
1) I delivered a credit worthy corporation as promised. The client needed to supply details of who his officers would be in order to get a DnB Paydex score. He was very secretive and wanted to do that himself.
2) I told him that he would have to personally guarantee the first loan, or install a credit worthy officer who would sign. I directed him to a reliable lender. He filled out his own loan application with a phony SS# and Bogus office address. He also ignored getting the Paydex score as I had instructed.

3) He was declined by the lender. He was furious and accused me of selling him an un-credit worthy corporation. I resigned, not wanting to be part of defrauding lenders. He hired a lawyer who threatened me.

4) I supplied the lawyer with a copy of our retainer agreement, and all of the corporation documents that I had delivered, plus a copy of the bank's letter declining his loan because of providing false information. The lawyer looked it all over and agreed that his client was trying to pull a fast one. The lawyer said "He has nothing on you", and then resigned as his attorney.

5)The last time I spoke to the Client he said "One way or another I'm going to get you... no matter what I have to do. My father knows important people in the Washington D.C. diplomatic corps."

 He never paid his remaining balance of $10K after I delivered the corporation. His complaint looks like a smokescreen to justify his failure to pay. Sometimes, buyers are liars !
