Alex Chiu aka Alexandar Chiu or Chikuan Chiu worked for Jaztime and stole a $17,200 Rolex Yachtmaster
Currently we have served Alex Chiu with a lawsuit alledging Fraud, Conversion, and Misrepresentation.
Alex worked for Jaztime from June 16, 2015 to Sept 4, 2015. During which time he was fired 2 times for insubordination and failure to perform basic sales and follow up tasks. Once he was fired he stole a Rolex Yachtmaster 116681 with serial number 4M3Y9781 worth $17,200. We have claimed the watch stolen to Rolex already and pursuing legal action against him.
We recommend NOT doing business or associating with Alexandar Chiu aka Chikuan Chiu or Alex Chiu.

Convicted Fraudster Alex Chiu ChiKuan Chiu Alexander for Fraud, Misrepresentation. $24,970 Judgement

In an effort to hide his actions, Mr. Chiu has posted a defamatory response to the report showing how he took a watch from his employer, Jaztime, and refused to return it, and when he was asked to return it, tried to claim he had been assaulted so he could file a false police report. In his post, Mr. Chiu does not reveal that Jaztime brought a case against him and prevailed, obtaining a default award in the amount of $24, 970.91 against Mr. Chiu. Mr. Chiu wants to make up false allegations against Jaztime to avoid paying what he was found to owe the company and his post is a desperate attempt to do so. Attached is a copy of the court's order allowing entry of judgment.
#1 REBUTTAL Individual responds
Complete fabrication and retaliation

Kenneth Chou, owner/president of Jaztime Inc has resorted to these false claims after having a assault report filed against him by me in Newport Beach is is now proceeding with retaliatory false accusations. There is no criminal case due to the police department dismissing his claims as suspicious and the only avenue he could retaliate was by filing a fraudulent civil suit. I joined Jaztime upon Kenneth's pleading so that I can provide liquidity for his company and was supposed to eventually buy a portion of the company. I paid for bills and have receipts for company bills as well as documented receipts/emails documenting me loaning Kenneth Chou/Jaztime $14,500 4 days before the incident so that he could make payroll. He claims I took a a $17,000 watch when he has admitted to having and keeping my Panerai 512 watch. For those who really want to know who they are dealing with at Jaztime aka Kenneth Chou he has previously been found liable for Piracy/selling fakes for over $500,000 and filed for bankruptcy in order to not pay the judgement. You can read the headlines for yourself and decide. Who do you believe?
