This hotel is notorious for charging customers fraudulently. They promise services and villas and when the customers get to the Island the experience and the accomodations are completely not as advertised.
Hotel Manager Alexander Blair is a complete idiot and pretends that all is fine when he knows very well he is skirting major issues. He is a scam artist. The worst hotel manager in the business. Alexander Blair at the St Regis Maldives should be immediately fired and the hotel should recommit to being honest in its approach to the guests.
Alexander Blair at the St Regis Hotel should come out clean on not giving the hotel guests what they are promised and maybe restart his career in guest relations! Terrible how he runs this operation!
