What can you do when the girl's own mother sits there and justifies her mother's actions?  I'm not going to put any fat joke in here at all.  I do know the girl and she has an attitude.   She actually wanted her mother to sue over this internet site when she did, in fact, do every thing that has been stated in each page of this site.

So my daughter has finally come clean.  It doesn't change the way I feel about her.  And it's not her fault for what she did.  It's the world and the way she was been treated.  That is the reason she was done the things in her past that she has.  

It looks to me like the mother is trying to defer the attention that her daughter has deservingly received and tried to put it on her ex-husband.  I know Alex Markowicz and I know that not too many people like her.

What the hell are you talking about "This has nothing to do with me?"  You're the one who started writing on here.  How many 42 year old men go on a website like this to slam a 16 year old kid, seriously.

Alex is old enough to handle her own relationship with her dad.   Whats it to you? Just because you decide to have a little liquid courage and start writing things that are so stupid doesn't mean it does anything for you. You spend 10% of your life shooting off your life and the other 90% talking out your a*s.  Do you really think what you say gets you anywhere at all.

How many times are you going to go on here and inquire about my personal life? Again whats it to you?  Why would you care?  I keep my private life just that, private.  Under any circumstance I sure as hell wouldn't  discuss anything with you.  You send my cell phone a picture that looks like your wife is sitting on the bathroom toilet,seriously who in their right mind does that?  Were  you honestly looking for one in return.

As far as your brother goes, like I already said, you would never in a million years catch this guy doing something like this to his wife or his kids, not everyone in your family operates the way you do, obviously.  The day I hear our own son say to me "I feel like the only people that ever stick up for me our  Uncle Todd, Dr. Todd and Pa that told me enough right there, because they are the few that would hop on the band wagon and go along with your B.S.  

Like I already said if you honestly spent some time listening to your own son and hearing what he wants from you I am sure you would agree it really isn't much.   Just for once in your life let you kid think just once that you are on his side and not always going out of your way deliberately to upset him.  Just pretend you might actually like it. 

He certainly can't be that upset around me like you make him out to be because when the school called me because they really wanted him to come home because he had blotches all over his body, I was at work......yeah we do that here, anyway I asked him "Can I call Daddy to come and get you or someone else, and basically I had to leave work so there was your answer,  I should have honestly been able to call you up and say "Hey, can you please take him to the Dr. because Miss Becky in the office said this is pretty bad and his teacher asked him to leave the minute she noticed it" You could have done that for me, it wouldn't have killed you.    "All I got was, "Mom please come and get me"......................So you tell me!

This whole link was about you and your little calf and all of the false police reports that you both file.  Plus, her caught stealing at her old school.  So I don't see how this all has to do with me.  Don't worry about me and Amanda Kole.  For someone that wasn't there, you sure seem to think that you know a lot.  The had my entire tax return not once but TWICE AND I confirmed that before I went that day.  So I would say that they are the idiots, not me.  Those are some of the stupidest people I have ever met.  LOL.  I just laugh how you seem to think that you know everything when you weren't even there.  And wow, what a coincidence that she was good friends with your sister and knew who I was before I even walked in the door.  But that's the way it always is with you; if you can't play it fair then cheat, lie and steal.

Try worrying about that little boy that you have living with you.  That's more important to me than any of this other non-sense.  You and your daughter can manage to go through life, slutting around and lying.  God knows you've taught her well.

All I can say, is it's good that you can't have any more babies.  I've had some tough times in my life but I don't live off of everybody as you have.  I'm surprised you've made it as far as you have but with the sympathy you've drawn from your dad and your brother, I guess I shouldn't be surprised but I think it's just about run out. 

I love my son and anybody that knows me, knows that.  But you just have to try and sabotage that due to your own selfishness.  That boy needs a father.  If you keep up this behavior he is going to end up in prison or dead.  He does have a lot of hurt or emotional baggage inside of him.  All you have to do is shut your mouth and just let every thing go. 

I have been laughing my a*s off for over a week now about you have declared Christopher Lechel and Paul Gimik and these great fathers.   I know the one hasn't had his kids spend the night at his home in at least 5 years since the divorce, he won't work.   And I know the other one has gone at least 3 years without having his daughter spend a night and hasn't contributed a dime towards her care.

I probably am the biggest jerk out of all of them.  I do everything that I think a father should do, I miss my son ALL the time, I think about him all the time.  I want him to be the best he can be with whatever he chooses to do with his life.  So when I get a b***h like you who's only mission is to make mine and his life miserable, then yeah, I'm a major jerk.  If I didn't care about my son or I didn't try to provide him with everything I can then I wouldn't probably WONDERFUL guys just like them.

You see Kirk you stop the Q-tip when there's resistance!!  The reason why you are still being charged for daycare is because you acted like an idiot and they terminated the meeting before anything was changed in anyway.   When you go to the F.O.C. on a "show cause" they make financial adjustments one way or the other to an order, I am sure by now and all your research on the internet you have finally figured out the difference between a show cause and a motion.

I'll tell you what I'll do it for you, since you are so used to people babying you and and playing adult babysitter let me lay it out for you one more time and then the next time we are in court on a "show-cause" I will have Amanda Kole explain it to you herself.

They have a hand written letter notorized by me stating when his day care at Michelle's house stopped.  They have all the legal paper work filled out by her, because Yes...she did run a legal daycare center. She put Nick on the bus every morning and I did pay her and have proof of that and so does the court. She was certainly not about to mess up her in home business for you or I. When we moved to the other side of town, the courts were notified of the change of circumstances.

You are the one who asked for the show-cause because you kept asking to lower your support and they finally told you enough was enough. Nonetheless,  they had the paper work that I hand delivered the day before our court date Oct 3rd 2008.  In that letter they recieved with ALL that they had asked for AND the notorized letter. That letter stated that he no longer was in need of morning care and to credit the arrearages.  Since you found it necessary to push the referee off to the side and run like a total wimp down the hallway hiding on the floors the order was never changed.

You pretty much have yourself to blame for that. Any idiot that is told to bring their tax information and work status to date that only brings in a check stub dated Sept 9th from Hungry Howies isn't going to cut it.  How stupid are you?  They clearly wrote what to bring into this meeting and you show up with a stupid check stub? Wake up! Try living a little bit of an honest life and you may feel like a half way decent guy.

If your wife was a half way decent person instead of driving the "get a way" car she would have told you to act like a man and stop running like a little wussy. Like I said, just because this behavior is okay in your home doesn't mean it is going to fly in other peoples lives.  From the paper work I have you pushed the referee to the side the minute you started hearing what you didn't like to hear like "You need to help take care of your child" and you were up and gone and the meeting was TERMINATED!

Now, he was in daycare in Birmingham for one hour in the morning and 1.5 hours in the afternoon Mon-Thurs. The total was $15.00 a day and it has been raised as of Sept.  He was there from March-June....you were not charged for any of that so consider it a gift. His health insurance however went up $40.00 a month, granted it's a family plan but you still are half responsible for his end as well.  I wasn't going to make a big issue out of it,  but my point is, I hardly think being charged $2.50 for daycare is going to break you when I covered way more than that.  Like I said the next time we are brought in there I will bring it up and let her tell you herself

But, yes, you are correct.  She has been conning the FOC for day care cost now that my son is 11 and lives right next to the school.  She'll play stupid about it.  How someone can break into email accounts, bank accounts, cell phone accounts, etc. but they accidentally conned you for day care expenses?

And now, I find out I can't even have my son's teacher email with school updates because she will pick my email address out of it that I had to change because she broke into the last one.  Everyone needs to remember what I said before, watch what you have on the internet.  This is a lonely woman that has nothing better to do so she has to stick her nose into other people's business.

I don't think my son has seen you in two years and have you looked at yourself, Lisa? Wixom Police are dealing with all sorts of crimes but this crazy lady thinks she is going to walk in there and get them to drop everything because her daughter's feelings have been hurt.  It's really going to be funny when they learn that I don't even live in Wixom.  I think this woman thinks that they are going to put me over their knee and spank me and tell me to not talk about her daughter. 

I feel bad that your daughter is struggling in school a little.  I really do.  Here she is a chunky little girl with a big mouth and an over-inflated ego, trying to fit in a school district with a bunch of doctors' and lawyers' kids.

But as far as all of these neighbors, teachers, lawyers, and police that you claim you know, they don't know half the story.  If these people exist, have them check this whole 'story' you have concocted with Macomb and, most importantly, Child Protective Services.  Child Protective Services practically ripped you a new one.  Not to mention, one more warning with Macomb County and you'll be sitting in jail.  Your daughter is hardly innocent by any means.  The fact that this is affecting her MySpace account is hardly any concern to any police department.  Most good parents wouldn't let a child under 18 be soliciting themself on that website anyways for this to be an issue.

Now somehow I have a hard time believing that all of these SUPPORTIVE and wonderful people have neglected to even have bothered to check into any of this information and just went on your word.

Alex Markowicz is sneaky.  i learned that a long time ago about her.  i dont know her very well but i know enough.  as i said on the other link, alex is sneaky and deserves a lot of what she gets.  i refuse to throw any of the nicknames that i've heard since i dont think its cool but she does deserve what she gets.

Like I said before my job is in security and in the fall and winter I don't have much to do so I have a lot of time to sit on the computer. I kind of enjoy following this "soap-opera", my job gets pretty boring sometimes. Its like real life Jerry Springer. My job isn't great but it pays pretty well, I mean we all can't be as smart and "semi-successfull" (ie: loser) as you and your ex-wife.

This is a pretty informal forum and when somebody starts attacking someone's grammar and spelling its the lowest common denominator, they can't defend themselves so they'll just go after what they can. I've seen people of all literacy levels use this website, as they should. There is no preresiquit (sp???, thats obviously horribly misspelled but hey, I'm not sitting next to a dictionary) for submitting reports or rebuttals. I am a fairly intellegent person and I graduated with a bachelors degree in communications. When on here trying to make a point I am not so concerned with spelling and grammar.

   KVW- You make some fair points and  what I had to go on was what you and your ex-wife had written back and forth to each other on another post. I couldn't get through all of it but it disturbed me to see that you both are putting and still putting all this personal stuff on a public forum for all the world to see. I don't care about either of you but I do feel for the children involved. Right there is a perfect example of some suspect parenting skills. For maybe the tenth time I will say that I am NOT your ex-wife. In my book her actions are worse than yours and she seems to be the main instigator, but you continue to be baited by her. Let it go. Get on with your life. I admit some of what I wrote was a bit harsh but I was pissed that you continue to call me your ex-wife and call me stupid because of trivial mistakes in grammar and spelling. Didn't have any idea in HELL what you were saying but if you impressed yourself so I guess that is all that matters.  I don't think I"m 'losing steam" as you put it.  There was never an argument to begin with so your comments made no sense.

The only point I was ever trying to make about the spelling is that when you have two supposedly different people that make the exact same 'spelling errors' then it seems kind of suspicious.  Then I found out from a friend of mine that works for the government/police in a New York suburb and has the ability to dig up some information. Low and behold there is NO James Webb in the Rockville Centre, NY area.  Plus, my ex-wife does know someone that is not too far from Rockville Centre, NY.  But, you now, probably just a coincidence.

Again, not that I care.  There's no saying you have to admit who you are on this site.  In some cases you would probably rather that you didn't. 

I spoke my peace on this site and I don't feel I did anything wrong.  As far as JAMES WEBB, he couldn't even make a comment or useful suggestion within the confines of what the original report was on. I never slammed my son so I don't know where that came from.  As far as the ex-wife, she did a lot of dishonest and deceitful things over the past several years and I exposed her.  And from what my impression was, that is what this website is for.

If you don't do anything wrong, then you have to worry about being put on the ROR.  Even taking that a step further, if I was a father that didn't care, then I wouldn't have even wasted my time to report any of this stuff that she has done.

The problem here as well..you are not able to edit your posts once sent...so simple spelling errors get by..so be it. Worse things are known to happen.

Like yourself, I often just give a once over and miss typos, grammatical errors and punctuation. I also have a technique of writing that is more akin to speaking.

I have written technical documents and write ups, and write screenplays which is different from debating on a forum. As well, others are not versed in writing styles other then the cartoons in the papers...so they can only criticize others...we call that "ignorance".

However, I feel I get the point across quite effectively and no special skills are required by the reader to comprehend or understand what I implicate.

It's a childlike defense and tactic. Such as if you were having an argument as a child..and you were verbally slamming your opponent with fact..what does the other child typically resort too?

Personal attacks, like making fun of your Mother....or you clothes...whatever. It is just a sign that their argument is weakening. See it here all the time so don't take it personal or let it get to you. The person who is right will shine through and be apparent. The ones who resort to grammar and punctuation insults..are already drowning.

Joella, thanks for the correction but don't see how its relevent. OK, I'm a bad speller. There are worse things to be, like a bad mother or father. I type these real quick and only give 'em a once over before submitting. So you all can say what you want about my spelling and grammAr, but I'm not the one going back and forth like a 2 yr. old with my crazy ex-wife and trashing my kids; putting my whole life on the internet. So you can put me down in the only way possible, by pointing out my spelling or grammatical errors (OUCH! that hurts) because unlike you all the whole details of my life aren't vomited all over ROR like KWH and Lisa.

What do you do for a living that allows you to follow this soap opera every day?  Let me guess, you are a successful businessman.  I'm still amused that there are two people in the world that have these atrocious writing skills.  I caught Joella's comment and she's right. How the heck do you make a comment telling us that your "grammer is fine?"  That's like selling cars for a living and misspell 'Kars'. 

I don't care about spelling and grammar but it's just much of a coincidence.  Ms. Markowicz could never spell for two reasons 1.) She lacks intelligence and 2.) the keyboard can't keep up with her mouth.  The words 'grammar' and 'incredibly' are attributed to #1 while the word 'sund(sound)' are attributed to #2.  And just how successful can you be when you can't even remember how to spell someone's name after being told about 8 times now. LOL. I mean you have to spell it correctly to do the name search that you do every day.  So how could you not spell it correctly?  In the business world, once you've misspelled someones' name, say, about 3 times then you're not getting the deal.  And if it's not that, then it's just a sad attempt to throw us off, like giving us all your area code. LOL.

And for your information, I am a semi-successful businessman.  Now how the hell you would know whether I was or wasn't is puzzling.  Actually it's not that puzzling at all.  Because the only person I know that would say something so stupid would be my ex-wife.  When I hear a woman tell the whole world how 'cheap' I am and how my family supports me, then I know that James Webb is Lisa Markowicz's twin.  There's nothing cheap about me and if I am 'unsuccessful' then she must be the covergirl for LOSER Magazine.  I mean we're dealing with a 45 year old woman that has NEVER lived on her own until the past two years and she has been in five houses in two years.  And I'm quite sure it's not because she didn't LIKE the accomodations.  It's easy to call others 'cheap' when you've had everyone else cover your bills for you your whole life.  Again, 45 year old woman, never leaves home, two kids, two daddys, no ring on her finger, two abortions, bankruptcy.  And you call THAT success.  And I attempted to take that on, so how am I the one that lack the title of success?

Furthermore, as far as my 'fathering' skills.  How the hell would you know?  I'm not perfect but I know I could be a lot worse.  If I were to compare MY son to HER daughter it might give you a better sense of just WHO is missing which chromosomes.  If I could have had MY son with my current wife, I'm quite confident the results would have been even more successful.  As far as me being an idiot for having gotten married to wife #1, guilty as charged. But those of us, that can admit our mistakes and our shortcomings are the ones that can grow, improve, and become better people.  So I figure, that I have LOTS of growing room.

For some reason, you just assume that I have attacked 'Alexandra'.  I could sit here until I'm blue in the face defending myself on that one.  I don't care.  And you know what, it could all be a big lie, who knows.  It sounds like a lot of trouble to go through but anything is possible.  I can't say it suprised me.  You have a spoiled girl, with no work or moral ethic being taught to her.  Chances are, she might have some problems growing up.

I blew my whistle and sang like a canary in a few reports on this website but with me it was out of principal.  Lisa Markowicz played dirty from DAY one and it was all at my expense.  And, as far as I'm concerned, my son's expense.  There isn't a whole lot that anyone could say or do at this point that could possibly embarrass or upset me more than what I have already experienced at some point along the way upon dealing with this woman.

The bottom line, we weren't right for each other, we had a wonderful son together and I thought we were BOTH pretty decent parents, with good intentions but we just didn't get each other. I walked into an attorney's office, I said just that and explained that I wanted it handled with 'respect' and 'dignity'.  She decided to take another route and I don't think I deserved that.  And what cracks me up about the whole thing is that she STILL uses this guy.  She never hired the guy because he was a GOOD attorney or a CHEAP attorney or a NICE guy.  She hired him because he was evil.  I mean the guy called and threatend my 70 and 75 year old parents.  And she thinks it's funny. Good job, John Temrowski.

So you can think what you want about me Mr. Webb but the fact remains, you don't know anything about me.  I USED to be a nice guy, Mr. Webb.  The reality is, being a 'jerk' is a learned behavior.  And I've been in class for over two years now.   Fortunately for me, I have a good woman at home that has been trying to 'teach' me to be a nice guy again.  We both know it's there, it's just a matter of getting it to surface again.

When you KNOW that a boy is SUPPOSED to spend the day and have dinner with his father, step-mother, grandparents, and step-siblings and you PURPOSELY set up a ruckus, use obscene gestures, set up phony witnesses, make a false police report, call child protective services,and tell the boy that he is going to ANOTHER party with all kinds of fun and pretty girls what exactly do you think is going to happen?  I mean seriously?  I can deal with Alexandra and her mother.  And quite frankly, nothing surprises me with either one of them.  But why would you do that to your own son and brother?  Yeah, poor little guy was mad at his father for over three weeks.  He didn't see his father for three weeks.  I spent another $3000 in a court room to demand her to let me see my son.  So her plan worked. It usually does.  I can say what I do but she can be a bright woman when it comes to tricks and games.  She got me good but she also got her own son pretty good too.

You have a woman that raised one child on bitter feelings and resentment of her father, masterly planned.  Now she's working on child number two. And she's probably doing an even better job this time around.  I think since she's older and probably won't have any more children that she's decided to go out with a 'bang' this time.

So you really don't have a clue of what you are talking about Mr. Webb.  Once you kick a man when he's down or put him into a desperate position, you might not like what you get thrown back at you.

My son is #1 to me.  But when you get put into a position where you just can't win then you just let the bird free and hope it comes back.  I signed up to be a father, not a punitive sentence to an innocent 11 year old boy.  I used to enjoy being a father and took a lot of pride in it as well. 

But if I have to choose between a woman at home right now that loves me unconditionally or an innocent little boy that is made to be MISERABLE half of his life and only part of which I have any control over, WHAT WOULD YOU DO????????Mr.Webb

Like there was ever any doubt that James Webb was Alex's mom. Personally, I really didn't care.  I wasn't even looking at the names but just reading the comments.  But if you knew Lisa Markowicz, then you know it's her speaking.  Her baby is perfect.  You just have to know this woman.   I kind of felt bad when I first wrote what I did.  I didn't mean to get into anyone's weight and I didn't think any of it was going to ever get read. My report was about her being a little thief and needing to grow up mostly.

Thanks for your comments Elliot. I know the people involved and who she use to associate with.  The reason this got so out of hand was the people that got their stuff stolen were actually accused by Alex that it was a set-up.  Her own friend told on her but she still denied it.

I met Alexandra for the first time about two weeks ago.  We call her a "wannabee".  She wants to be something but she just doesn't know what that is.  I hardly even know her and she had the nerve to ask me for answers to an assignment. 

When someone ask me for for something but doesn't even bother to ask me my name, big TURN-OFF.  I hope she finds some friends but she needs to learn how to be cool to kids.

I have known Alex since we were both babies.  Alex has always been sneaky and deceitful so I can see not much has changed.  When we were young, she would steal my stuff at family parties and when I would complain, I was told that I was exaggerating or accidentally misplaced it.

While my goal in life has been to be a journalist, Alex has dreamed to manipulate, lie/cheat, and if she doesn't get what she wants in life.

Alexandra is attending probably the 5th school in about 3 years and the reason for that is that she playing people against each other.  And when they start to wise up to that game, she runs off and transfers to another school.  As we speak, she is changing schools AGAIN.  Brand new school and she didn't last two weeks.

I have since Alex, even as a toddler, make my uncle and my entire family's life a living hell.  She is just like her mother, and that's not a good thing.
