ALFRED ANGELO BRIDAL DISHONEST UNPROFESSIONAL RIPOFFS! LAKEWOOD California

Went into the Lakewood store after recieving a post card regarding a sale that the store was having.(bridesmaid dress from $99.00 professional advise & refreshments) I am in need of Bridesmaid dresses. I made an appointment to return with my bridesmaids.

the sales people were very rude, The price for the 3 of the 7 dresses were different than what was in the computer, I asked why, My salesperson told me they must be on sale, thats the price that the computer is ringing up, thats the price I have to go by. If 3 are on sale they should all be on sale in my opinion. She was going to speak with her manager tomorrow cause of course she wasnt in when I was their.

3 days later after I had called 2 different times, I find out that my order was never placed due to a computer error. Never recieved an apology fron anybody, Manager, General Manager (I have a message in @ corporate) NOBODY! I was told that if I wanted my order to be placed, I needed to agree to pay the difference on the other 3 dresses BEFORE they would ever release my order! Its not the fact that an error in pricing has been made, its that they are trying to act like its my fault and I need them! I dont need them. I was never loooking for a freebee or some huge discount, just some common courtesy!

I found similar dresses just as cute for the same price (The real price!)with a better turn around time and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I usually dont do write-ups like this, but do to so many Women that have had dreams since childhood about their Wedding Day, You dont want to mess around with inconsiderate people or companies such as this one. Their are many shops out their start early and dont settle, if they have attitude walk out, the attitude your sales rep has with you, will be the same way the entire company has with you, and the same attitude your dresses will be made from. Its not right!
