I want a refund for my PC*MILER Navigator 430. This is my second request on my second unit. The first became a paperweight, literally, the screen went black and could not be turned on, after only 45 days after purchase and the second is a piece of junk. I have lost time, money, and company bonuses and confidence because I am trying to use this product.

e.g. interstate 99 shows on the unit but will not let you follow the interstate, warps you around, it cannot follow you onto newer streets just stops. it does not know your exact location only guesstimates it, does not sense that you do not make turn s and continues on it's original route for several seconds, @ 60mph this is critical, routes under low bridges as in downtown Laurel, MS, routed me through neighborhoods on non truck routes as it did in Tampa, FL near the airport, continuously tells me I'm on non-truck routes when I have no hazmat turned on or the route IS truck designated, dimmer doesn't work, etc. etc. etc. I WANT A REFUND! AND they NEVER answer their phones!!! EVER!!!! Don't leave a message it will NOT be returned. They only answer e-mails.

AND now they want you to pay $149.99 for an update to fix the product you paid $299.00 for that didn't work in the first place!!! I'm not even gonna mention the countless recalls they have had for this product as well.

Worst company ever, do not purchase ANY products from them.

Thank you for contacting CoPilot Technical Support.

We are providing free updates to customers who have purchased since June 2009 as some units in truck stops/stores are still having the older version of maps. We have invested a lot of time and development into making the product better including spending an enormous amount of time in updating the maps to include newer roads, truck restrictions and POI's and because of the amount we have put into the new update of PC*MILER Navigator, we cannot provide it free of charge.

If you have any further questions, or feel that this incident has not been resolved to your satisfaction, please do not hesitate to bring this to our attention.
