Alkyha Defense and Logistics David Morillo received a contract for snow removal for the army reserve base in our area. Since he's in NY, hundreds of miles away, he reached out to our company to perform the snow removal. Our company had been performing the snow removal for this army reserve base for the past 15 years so we agreed to subcontract the work for him. To this date, we have not been paid. All invoices sent to his business in NY are undeliverable (return to sender -no authorization to receive mail. Phone calls to his office are of no use - phone is disconnected. Phone calls to federal service desk, WAWF, DFAS and more resulted in our finding out that David Morillo was paid for the snow removal we completed, but he has not paid us. The moment he accepted the payment for services he did not complete, this became a felony. If there are many other companies that have the same grievance, please contact us so we may resolve this issue. New York New York

In early 2015, we were subcontracted by Alkyha Defense & Logistics (David Morillo) to perform snow removal for our local United States Army Reserve Center.

David Morillo contacted our office because for the past 15 years, we performed the snow removal at that same building. For this particular request, he stated he was awarded the government contract and would like our company to perform the snow removal services.

After months of snow removal was complete, we proceeded to invoice his company for the work completed.

All invoices came back return to sender - not deliverable - commercial mail receiving agency - no authorization to receive mail at this address

We tried contacting his office in NY - the phone was disconnected.

We tried looking up his company information on the internet - it no longer exists

We contacted DFAS-INDY (payment center) - David Morillo was paid. They suggested we forward our complaint to federal government  fraud waste and abuse hotline

We contacted WAWF - same answer - David was paid. They also acknowledged that his company "didn't seem right"

The bottom line is that David Morillo, the contractor on record for the government, was paid for our snow removal services. He has yet to pay us any of the monies he received from the government contract. This is clearly a felony.

We were told there might be other subcontractors that have similar grievances. If so, is there a designated lawyer involved or has the media been alerted? Any/all information leading to a resolution to this problem would be much appreciated
