He has a disarming tone, and he is an expert at finding the weak spot of the prey he is scamming at the moment. Later you find out he's gone and that phone number no longer works. This operator has zero guilt, and has stolen from a church in the past. He seems to prefer the elderly, and foriegners because they aren't as wary perhaps. He's fakes up a contract after showing samples of carpet he has "for sale" and then requests a down payment for half or all the money up front. Contracts are not honored, orders not placed, and phone calls not returned. Just a big story by a fat little swindler that needs a few years in jail for stealing from hard working people like he is.

     His wife, Starla Anderson is also Guilty of Money Laundering, Theft, Theft by Written Document, Theft By Swindle, Conspiracy Theft By Swindle, Conspiracy to Defraud, Direct Fraud, Theft by False Representation

  This Scammer should NOT to be confused with All Carpet and Vinyl Services, operated ethically by Grant Teske out of Lakeville, MN who has an A+ rating at the BBB and has been a reputable corporation in the Twin Cities for 38 years.

   Chris Dye or whatever his name is today is copying most this company's name in an attempt to pass himself off as someone who has actually earned a good reputation. He's hoping that any customer checking him out will find the reputable company, and not HIS trail of deceit.
