I moved from Jacksonville to Vero Beach Fl. on January 1st 2018.  As I unpacked in the 1st week I knew I was missing things.  One of those things was $5000 worth of art work.  They made three trips bringing a few items they found over a 3 month period.  On the second trip my things were on the back of the moving van.  But the largest most valuable item, A large wrought iron high back chair.  The mover said, oops, its on the front of the truck behind someone elses stuff.  He would deliver it to me on the way back to south florida.  Then the chair was lost and never found.  I could reach no one in customer service or claims.  Finally the sales man told me they would pay me $40 for the over $5,000 worth of stuff.  Yet they didn't send a check to me. They lied to me over and over as I stayed home and waited for the delivery to come.  No phone call, just a no show.  They recognized my area code and stopped answering my calls.

They never marked or labeled my things and mixed them with other peoples stuff. I waited at home for the delivery 13 times, but  no phone call. I called everyday for three months and became so distraught.  They never even called. They made my move a nightmare.  Now I am out irreplaceable art work, chair and several other boxes.  They lie, they steal and they have no idea what they are doing.  DO NOT USE ALL AMERICAN MOVING AND STORAGE FOR YOUR MOVE.
