This company gave us an estimate over the phone on how much it would cost to move my three bedroom loft house from Texas to Tennessee.

I went around the house get ave them an idea of what is in my house furniture wise.  Then I told them I had a single car storage unit that had other boxes and it was full of stuff.  Aliens was the lady I talked to. Then she said a out how much is in there an  I t tied to give her an estimate of what I had.  I told her to double every thing and give me a high estimate.  We paid 1/3 for a deposit. Ok no problem.  About three days before they were to move us out, I called and said we had to add at least 15- 20 more boxes and they said no problem.  When they showed up the guy had a pull trailer 26ft he said that would hold every thing.  I said no it will not. Oh Joe was his name said I've done this before no problem.  We told h I'm there was a storage unit a single car garage worth of stuff he needed to pack also.  No problem.  Then he pulled out the estimate  of how many boxes we had for each piece of furniture that we e estimated two months before.  When he left the house he left stuff and said it wasn't on the list he wasn't going to pack it.  Then when we got to the storage unit he pulled out only about a third of what was in their and said this is all he is taking.  Well we called the company.  The truck was packed tight.  We told them he could not get all of our stuff in th  trailer.  He had a truck bed but he had a 4 wheeler he was also delivering.  No  had  to repack the whole trailer.  We also had to give him 500 dollars in cash for gas because he didn't manage his money well enough.  Then when he got here 2 days which was good, he unloaded stuff every where left our sold oak furniture in the rain through stuff in.  I asked to you get every thing he said yes.  What a liar.  Going through boxes, I did not get a locked trunk with antiques, computers, book case, Christmas ornaments, work bench, sweeper shelves, which I only have the poles for but no racked to place any thing onto. I had a Wii that came I n an empty box, obviously stolen, but that box counted as a box to ship.   Antiques were  broken and boxes smashed.  Then they told me it was going to coast 900 more dollars because we went over the estimate and it had to be cash.  I didn't even have a bank account there.  I had to borrow money from my mom to get cash, though they accepted a check for the deposit.  This was such a hastle and embarrassing.  I was not told I would be counted per box, and it was just an estimate, not a perfect count.  I could have packed a little tighter and I could have not taken some of my school books.  I really expected a semi truck I was shocked, and the losing about him getting every thing was inexcusable.  I could have gotten a friend to go pick up and store what was left.  Not a trusted company, or they do not know who they have working for them.  On the move ins t was of Alina talking through this, she threw it to some guy named An d crew.  He too was shady.  Do not trust these people or this company.
