All Phase Business Supplies Inc. Vanessa This was a COMPLETE SCAM!!!! They called our business, and spoke to an employee. Told the employee there was a "recall" on some thermal printer paper we'd ordered from U-Line.  Rancho Dominguez California

This was a COMPLETE SCAM!!!!  They called our business, and spoke to an employee.  Told the employee there was a "recall" on some thermal printer paper we'd ordered from U-Line.  They said they were going to send a case of paper for "free" and that they would call back to confirm shipment.  They of course did NOT record that call.  

When they called back, to "confirm shipment" they of course recorded that call, where they mentioned a bill, casually, and confirmed that my employee was okay to give "verbal" authorization.  This recording somehow absolves them of having done anything wrong I guess.  

They then sent a box full of raggedy paper (all just thrown in the box), and followed that with a bill for $256.92 (for 18 rolls of paper we would normally pay about $50 elsewhere).  

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!  Their defense, when we called them, was to repeat the words, "We never did anything wrong.  We never did anything wrong..."  THEY ARE EVIL PEOPLE AND NEED TO GET SHUT DOWN AND ARRESTED FOR SCAMMING!!!!
