I was referred to All Pro Medical Supplies by my orthopedist (shoulder specialist). I was having an out patient surgery and needed to purchase a sling for my shoulder as well as a machine called a Cryo Cuff. Which is essentially a small water cooler connected to a cuff that wraps around tour shoulder with a small motor that circulates cold water through to keep the swelling down. All Pro contacted me 2 weeks prior to the surgery to come in and purchase the supplies. One week before surgery I made the purchase. I had my surgery on July 1 2013 which was a Monday. The Cryo Cuff only worked until Wednesday July 3. (only 3 days) July 4 I couldn't contact All Pro due to the holiday. The very next day, Friday I contacted All Pro as soon as they opened and was told I would receive a call back from the owner Lenny. 3 hours later I called again because Lenny didn't call me back and again was unavailable. .....Finally at 3pm, 2 hours before they close Lenny calls me back and walks me through a few steps cuff fix the cuff and of course none of them worked. Lenny told me to come in for a replacement. With only 2 hours until they close and me not being in any condition to drive I could not make it up there or even have someone take me. I also asked if someone could drop the replacement off to me because they do have a home delivery service and I was told no one was available. After going through the weekend in pain me and my wife brought the cuff back to All Pro on Monday. As soon as we walked in we said we would just rather return the machine considering I was able to use the cuff for 3 days and it was not operational for 5. All Pro told us it is a 3 day return policy and we said I was only were able to use it for 3 and after that it was July 4th then I called all day on Friday and I could not find a way up to the store and the weekend went by which they were closed. The owner told us the return policy is 3 days from purchasing the supplies. Meanwhile the doctors and manager at All Pro wants you to come in as soon as possible to get the supplies for an upcoming surgery. I don't understand how they want you to get the supplies a week before the surgery and you do not use them until the day of the surgery which is 1 to 2 weeks later. This return policy is ridiculous especially for people that are having surgeries that will not be using the equipment until a week or 2 later. And will not have the opportunity got know whether or not what they bought works. I highly recommend not buying from this location. And if you do make sure everything works perfectly and make them test everything in front of you. Another reason I do not recommend this place to anyone is me and my wife were up at the store for over an hour because instead of just giving me a new replacement they checked every component of the machine to see if they could get away with replacing the part that does not work. After an hour of fumbling around and not be being able to identify the damaged part we were given a new one and we made sure everything worked 100% before we walked out the door.
