This Auto Shipping Company was disappointing is the least I can say.  My very recent experience with them

was horrible.  I accepted a deal with them thinking it was going to be good.  I outlined my specific needs from

start so it is clear!  Little did I know that the biggest surprise awaited me.  Once a carrier was found, from nowehre

the price hiked up by about $300.00 outside the agreed amount and it was made to sound like they were doing me a fabvor.  This was at the last minute thinking I will be desperate and just pay!!  When I asked why, courtesy was

thrown out the door.  The representative who spoke with me on the day a carrier was said to be found was

very rude and in my opinion defeated the essense of customer service!  I am so glad I did not give them any up fron

money (deposit) even though they had asked for it otherwise I'm sure I would not have received my money back.

I had to request they cancel right away once I found out it was not even worth pursuing further.

I would not touch the company ever again even with a long pole.  

 

THEY HAVE ONLY BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE AUGUST 9TH 2014.   DON'T TRUST THEM.

By the way Richard Goebel the same man that I worked for at your other company before National Auto Transport  for over 3-4 months in fact the last employee that was working for you at this company before you had to shut it down lol I have an very curious question for yourself and the readers to this site. If I was such an bad employee unworthly of receiving my promised pay this time you know the $90.00  why did you even hire me back to work at your new company All Roads Express? lol That makes no sense at all unless everything I've said is the truth! So legal away and I'll keep telling the truth out there and it also appears there's some other past customers and ex-employees that feel the same way as I do! Good luck to you my friend!

As you can see the author in all these posts is "Scott". He worked for us for only 3 days. He was let go because he was using office equipment, while on the clock, to go on Facebook, Craigslist, and Yellowpages, to find a room to rent. Since was let go on Oct 3, 2014, He has bombarded us with negative review all over the internt. On this rip off report site we do have a customer who was upset about his move which we responded to accordingly. As you can see Scott rebuttled to it with his slandering. We have evidence to prove all of this and we have already asked him to stop if not we will have to use legal action against him.

Scott again of course! lol this has got to be one of the stupidest companies I've ever worked for with trying to condem an exployee for being mad because he wasn't paid properly! lol Again I repeat this company is lying again I was never FIRED for anything I QUIT because they don't like to pay their employess properly!

To set the record straight since it appears this company enjoys and has no problem lying to employees and customers the same this is Scott Renfroe I worked for Richard Goebel yes this is the owner and his real name not "David" or "Howard" he can't hide anymore  he is the owner of All Roads Auto Transport AND that awful other company National Auto Transport Group and you're welcome to read what an fantastic company this was! lol I worked for this first company also until it got so bad he had to close it down! He kept pestering me to come work for him at this new company All Roads Express Transport telling me how good the money was there and how everything was different. You see part of the reason he had to close National Auto Transport Group was that he was not paying his employees fairley he used the defense of not having money or that the employees weren't doing an very good job but as you can see oddly he's having the same problem isn't that kind of strange? Well to make an long story short I came to work for him at this new company I worked for him for three days. In ads and in the interview he offers an $250 an week base plus commission. Of course as I feared on pay day he shorted me what an surprise right? lol All this garbage about me being on Facebook or whatever is just garbage just to ease their conscious or something because even as you read here i wasn't FIRED for not doing my job lol I QUIT for not getting paid properly and of course I realized the owner was up to his old tricks about how to not run an business! So even though I've asked numerous times just to pay me for my other two days that I was there they have refused instead to try to condem me for just stating the truth online! I guess once an scammer always an scammer now you know the truth and might be able to read through these companies lies!

This is Scott Renfore a disgruntel ex-employee who was let go for not doing his job. He was spending majority of his time on, Facebook, Yellowpages, and Craigslist. He expected to get paid a full base for working a 3 day week, where majority of the time he was goofing off. Plus, we have his history on the computer he used to prove this information.

This company is the worst.   I was ripped off by them too.  The employee was right to go.  They lie and they get caught in lies.    If you can't compete by telling the truth... get out of the business.

I was only there three days... they wanted me to lie to every customer and say "we have two trucks on that route"... when in fact we had none.  They just wanted the customers money.   Then they would buy time by making excuses "oh that truck broke down" ... "we have another one coming in three days".   Total BS.

We recieved this order on 07/21. The customer wanted the window to be from: 07/30-08/04 Which was a Wed-Sun. We provided an Update on 07/30 which was the start of his window. Even though it was a short trip, most carriers will only pick up those types of loads IF, they have an empty slot that needs to be filled before they get to their next pick up, AND if it's on their route. On 07/31 we were able to find a carrier who was on I-10 and was willing to go off his route a bit to take the vehicle to Pearsall, TX but, he requested $100.00 more which we offered to split with him 50/50. He said no, keep looking and now we can only drop off on 08/03 which was a sunday and shortend our window. We called back the carrier to see if he can drop off by Sunday and we would cover the cost just to get him moved. Carrier could not drop off on Sunday. On 08/01 we found a carrier who could pick up the same day and drop off on Sunday the 3rd and this particular carrier wanted an increase of $325.00! We offered the customer $75 from our reservation fee to help cover the cost. This paticular carrier was going way off his route to to the trip and we had to move him that day so the carrier can make it on Sunday. The customers wife agreed and was going to text her husband the info because he is a doctor and could not answer his phone. Then we got an angry call from "the Doctor" who was very upset and cancelled the order.

We understand how upset the customer was and unfortuneatly the carriers have the right to set the final price on the order. This industry is not rgulated by the government and our duty is to negotiate it back down to the agreed price when this situation occurs. We use a progam to price the quotes by pick up and drop off zip codes. It gives us a list of various prices for that route and we choose the most reasonable and add our broker fee to it.  We tried our best to get this moved in the time frame and specific drop off instructions he had requested. Unfortuneatly in this industry we have to rely on the carriers schedule and specific pick up and drop off times are very hard to meet. We explained this to him when he first booked the order but, he only wanted this and did not want to hear how it is. If he would have accepted the first carrier we had offered him on 07/31, he would have had his vehicle in the time frame he wanted and we would have helped cover the cost. 

 

This industry is not an easy one to work in because, this government does not regulate the cents per mile for each route and, carrier's of couse are sharks. They do not like to do their own bookings, because majority of them do not like speaking with customers. In this industry there is probably a 1% chance that a carrier is also a broker.

Scott Renfore is his real name. He started to work for us on Oct 1, 2014 we let him go on Oct 3, 2014 because he was not doing his job. He spent more time on the internet searching for rooms to rent then trying to build his pipeline. We let him go with pay. Since then he has found the need to bad mouth us however he can. We have been in business since May 2014. You can verify this through Sunbiz.org
