Contracted All Season's Home Improvement to install siding, gutters, downspouts, facia and soffit.  When Mike Sadofski arrived requesting final payment two thirds of the gutter hangers had not been installed, the gutters did not slope towards the downspouts, and his workers had trampled to the ground the 3-5 foot ferns along the side of our home.  After he assured me these things would be taken care of I paid him.  I made a mistake in trusting him. 

The company did the work without ever pulling a work permit.  After the work was completed (and I discovered additional problems in the workmanship) I paid for the permit plus a post filing penalty and had the city inspector come out.  He confirmed that the work was not done up to code. 

After numerous call backs we got most of the gutter hangers attached (although some still have not been installed).  The gutters still slope away from the down spouts resulting in water at the eves of our home.  We had to call the workers back to remove the trim they installed that prevented windows from opening.  Our garage door weather seal was bent back by the trim and allowed water into our garage.  A nail was put through the flashing of our roof causing a leak after the facia it was supposed to be holding in place pulled away.  The J channels retain water and allow water to enter behind siding, soffit and facia.  J channels above doors cause water to drain into above and around door frames.  Pieces of the facia have started to fall off. 

I am writing this to warn other consumers.  I hope you never have to do business with someone who not only fails to do the job the first time, but also fails on the numerous call backs.
