All Seasons Travel and Resort: A scam or not ?

As can be seen on the Complaint Station a lot of people FEEL scammed by All Seasons travel and resort.

This is also my feeling after extensive contact with the company.

What the law says may be another case, -but the way All Seasons operate includes most of the signs of a scam setup: asking for money right away, responsible persons are extremely hard to find, deals made via the phone proves to be invalid, impossible to get hold of the persons you made deals with, documentation sent to All Seasons seems to be 'lost', travel transfer documents
seems to be invalid, when new problems turn up you get calls from other companies who cannot make decicions etc.

So-, everything is very well orchestrated to prevent the customer from getting value for the money paid.

Customer treatment seems nice and professional at first hand- people you meet on the phone(once this succeeds) are very nice and polite- but after some calls and letters you find that this is not a company you will do business with once more.

In the end you wind up feeling just dumb(most of us 'dumb ones' were caught with our guard down, it seems..)and just write the paid money off on the account of new U.S. experiences.

MIKE mentions that a lot of the complaints come from people not having tried to travel with All Seasons: Well, I tried- and went to Florida but found that All Seasons bad professionalism as a travel agent continued even then so I had to forget my investment in the All Seasons holiday set-up and continue on my own and at own expense.

And- when I asked taxi drivers in Orlando and Lauderdale if they knew about All Seasons Travel and Resort they started smiling and asked me if I felt scammed!
Also you can get better holiday deals just calling hotels yourself:
All Seasons promote their holiday packages using Hilton and Ramada chains, -but be aware these hotel chains have
hotels with different standards of quality.

CONSUMERS ASSOCIATIONS have very clear warnings on their home pages on what to look for to avoid being scammed.
Read those warnings and think of All Seasons Travel and Resort.
