All Services Movers SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Tacoma Washington

My name is Michael and I am the Sales Manager For All Services Movers. We are an actual carrier that maintans an A rating with the BBB in an extremely difficult business.

This report was written by a gentleman that we employed for not even two weeks. Monday of the second week he asked for an advance on his pay so I paid him at the end of his shift. Tuesday he was a no call, no show so I terminated his employment on wednesday morning. He was warned the previous week when he was a no call no show the third day working here.Most employers would have terminated him the first week but I did not and I even gave him an advance. So basically I paid him for two full weeks when he didnt even work 5 days total.  I am running a business not a charity and this is the height of the moving seasion.

This all transpired on the 23rd of June. With that said you will notice All Services does not have a single complant prior to the 24th of June and we only have 2 valid compliants in the last 12 months and those complaints were resolved. We do over 125 moves a month between our three locations. Our compliant ratio is OUTSTANDING for this industry.

It is unfortunate that a grown man that can not show up for work and doesn't even have the common courtesy to inform his employer that he is not coming to work can not accept the consequences for his actions. I wish these internet forums would validate the complaints people are posting. There is no regulation on these sites that confirm the legitamacy of the postings.

We are a company that prides itself on its honesty and I only employ people that are honest. Unfortunatley sometimes it takes a little while to see someone true character.
