All South Cleaning & Restoration Services / Southeast Cleaning and Restoration Services Both Unethical and a Rip Off and Do not honor Warranties or Address Route Problems.
I am a single mother who bought a home for my son in 2009. In 2010 Southeast Cleaning & Restoration Services came to my home and did a crawl space decontamination. They stated I would have no air quality issues and provided me with a warranty. In August of 2012, I had the crawl space re inspected by contractors whom were providing free inspections. They stated the presence of mold, affecting the air quality of my home.
I contacted the same phone number as Southeast Cleaning & Restoration services. A technician came out, confirmed the mold and stated he would honor the warranty and re-clean it. I had air samples taken that I paid for confirming the presence. This confirmed the presence of mold in the air and the health risks. I initially paid $2,000. for this services as I wanted a healthy environment for my son as I am a single mother. Clint Clements from All South came to my home and also confirmed the presence of mold. He stated he would decontaminate the space and replace the affect insulation.
Jamie Wilson / owner (beware) then called me back to state that Clint Clements was not authorized to write the invoice and that she didn't plan to honor the warranty or do any kind of work. She stated that she 'kind of' bought the company and the warranty was null and void because the initial company was bankrupt and that I would never find them. They never informed me of any long term or other issues that may cause moisture in the crawl space initially. Clint refuses to respond. Jamie Wilson hangs up the phone.
I had requested that this warranty be honored and the crawl space be cleaned. Jamie states she 'kind of' bought Southeast Cleaning and Restoration Services and turned it into All South Cleaning and Restoration Services. Same letterhead with the exception of one word. Same phone number. Not honoring warranties and allowing me and my son to risk health effects due to their lack of ethics. Extremly unprofessional, I am out of 2,000 and have a contaminated crawl space with severly impacted air quality in my home.

As one of the owners of All South Restoration, Inc., I am responding to ask reviewers of this web-site please do not confuse my company with All South Cleaning and Restoration! We are two totally separate companies with no personal or business relationship.
Over the years, my business partner and I have personally taken several phone calls from customers of All South Cleaning and Restoration, complaining about service issues, pricing, and missed appointments. We are having to let the public know that even though our names are similar, we at All South Restoration, Inc., value our reputation and the reviews for All South Restoration, Inc. reflect our commitment to service.
It doesn't look like there is anything we can do about the name similarity but, please be reminded that if the All South name has Cleaning in its title, it is not the same company as All South Restoration, Inc.
