I placed an order with them over two weeks ago and I got an e-mail with an order confirmation number. My credit card was charged and I paid for extra shipping so it should have been here by now. I have called and all the voice mails have been full or they go unanswered they also don't answer e-mails. I finally got ahold of someone today and they said my order was delayed and that it should go out today or tomorrow. By law they can not charge you until your order is shipped. I informed them of this and they told me "oh well, sorry".

She then told me that they are merging with two other companies and that is why there has been a hold up. I feel like I am being scammed. They have two more days and I'm filing a report with the BBB and my state's attorney general. Do not do business with them!
