Allcity auto AJ a.k.a Amjad Abujudch Fraud,crook,dishonest,sellingdefective cars with fake inspection stickers east orange New Jersey

 Problem description: The owner of this buisness provided me with a defective item that was an unsafe vehicle prior to leaving the lot. He had agreed to to rectify the problems and as per agreement thats when i would pay him the remainder balance. i took the car to him and explain to him as i was on my way to bring the car to his lot for a routine tune up mind you three days after purchased the serpentine belt popped of on the streets two blocks from his buisness(ALLcity Autos) the cause of that a bad belt tensioner i called him(Amjad Abujudch a.k.a. AJ) about it he said get it towed to him and he would take care of it.

Thats what i exactly did i waited two hours before his unlicensed mechanic came to fix the car now thru all this he never said i had to pay anything never typed up a invoice or as much as a receipt so im assuming its covered under whatever establishments warranty. i stood across the street and waited for my car to get fixed which by the way was approximately for hours including the two hours i waited for him to fix my car. So i can see who came in who left basically i was in birds eyeview now when the car came out it was running but it was now making rattling noise and informed the mechanic as well he said come back monday so we can thoroughly look at it.

two minutes later after i left aj texts me and said "i know you didnt leave" (i have texts to back up all claims) and thats when he told me i was supposed to pay for parts n labor and i replied to him what parts? He claims he bought a part from advance auto part and that was a lie beause he couldnt provide me with a receipt. He refuse to give me a copy of a contract agreement for the purchase of the car, he refuse to fix the car, he refuses to give me money back, and he is adding more money the vehicles balance including 500 dollars for repo. He threatens to come repo the car so i informed my lawyers i tried to resolve the issue peacefully he refuses and says he wont his money and again i have texts to back it up.
