Allen And Joyce Jackson They are slumlords they want their money but do not want to fix anything you ask them to do so I called the health department and they are Ripoffs The water bill is in their name and i Have been paying the water bill since i lived for 3 years and when the water bill is in the landlords name they are supposed to pay not the tenants they are a bunch of scammers Pittsburgh PA

Allen and Joyce Jackson they are some ripoffs I advise you not to rent from these slumlords. I had to call the Health Department on them because of mutiple reasons first and foremost rats they are disgusting and carries diseases. I also have termites thats why dog chewed the kitchen floor and third of all i have mold in my basement, the foundation is falling apart. I can keep going but we all know what type of Landlords they are slumlords. So now I had to call the HEalth Department back because I haven't had heat in my room for the three years that I did live their. They do not care about nobody but their selves so now im just waiting on the Health Department to come and inspect my house. I have pictures of everything in that raggedy house.
