I did tell Miss Kimberly Teal that I am a litigation paralegal -only after she threatened to destroy my reputation-. I had a 5 minute phone call with her when she called to see if I would DJ a wedding for one of her clients for $350. The woman was threatening me within 30 minutes of her initial call.  Never booked her.  Her listing my litigation support business here is libelous.  She never did business with either Boutique Sound or Strategic Paralegal.

I did tell her that I would file a complaint with the DA's office and the state bar -only after she threatened me and started acting crazy-.  I received multiple lawyer emails and phone calls of lawyers wanting to charge me thousands of dollars to have this rip off report removed.  Some of them are advertisers of the rip off report so they are running a RACKETEERING OPERATION THAT IS ILLEGAL UNDER FEDERAL US RICO STATUTES. Rip off report refuses to take down this report.  I am forced now to file an injunction that has to be formatted in a manner that is convenient to rip off report if I ever want them to 'consider' even taking the report down.

Of course, the lawyers that advertise with rip off report would know what that proper format is that rip off report likes so they will cooperate with a federal injunction to remove a completely fraudulent and bogus post -for a few thousand dollars of course-  I have shown to rip off report that the post is retaliatory by Kimberly Teal as she posted it on the same day that I posted on another complain of her, and she saw it and hours later contrived some ridiculous accusations.  So Kim Teal claims that she feared for her life, she feared so much for her life that she went to file a rip off report complaint claiming that she fears for her life ... over what?

we never did business, I found out she was crazy and unstable right away, a disbarred attorney with a huge track record of lawsuits against her, a bad tenant, if I sue her for demafation I will not recover a dime because she is broke, she keeps defrauding landlords by not paying rent and then forcing them into legal proceedings that she of course makes much more complicated.  Rip off report does not care, they sent me an email with a list of all the rules I have to comply to if I file an injunction so they will consider whether they want to remove it or not.  This is truly unbelievable!  Rip off report turned out to be way more crooked and corrupt and unconscionable than Kimberly P Teal Esq.  I offered Kim Teal to remove my review of her if she removed her false report but of course negotiating with a crazy unstable woman will get me nowhere!

She has no team to pull off her events, only one day folks she hires and then disappears on. I am surprised the Health Dept. doesn't close her down as she uses dirty dishes and silverware to serve the food on (they were washed off in the bathroom, and sink out side without proper health dept. guidelines such as temperature and special soap). She never interacted with the Bride during the event and I would be surprised if she even was on the premises for a collective 30 minutes. I understand she has been black listed by the Carlsbad Flower Fields. At the end of the evening family and guests cleaned the venue. Her hired help tosses her wares in a truck like the junk it was. As Mother of the Bride, I had to bus dishes, cut the cake, clean up, confirm vendors last minute and basically oversee the entire event. My poor daughter was plagued with worry the whole day (and the week before), she never got to exhale. The groom and groomsmen had to set up the furniture last minute. This gal talks a good talk, but can't follow though to save her life. She was MIA during 90% of the event, her few staff hired hours before. This woman is crazy.  She has sued a ton of people in the wedding industry including some very prominent coordinators.  She herself is listed repeatedly on the rip off report by clients who she either ripped off and never went to their wedding after charging them or people she hired and never paid.

I haven't booked a wedding or event in the past 5 years since I been exclusively subcontracting to other DJ companies.  I saw her ad on craigslist wanting to pay $250 for a wedding DJ as a 'trial' claiming she had alot of accounts.

Within an hour of contacting her on the phone she was threatening to destroy my reputation. She claims she is an attorney and yes she is but she has been disbarred from the practice of law -big shocker there-.

The woman has tons of bad reviews on yelp and wedding websites.  I contacted the coordinators she sued for defamation and they said the woman is crazy and mentally unstable and dangerous.  The accusations the woman is making against me are false.

I did say that $250 to DJ a wedding was a joke.  Turns out this woman is as crazy as everyone says. My track record as a litigation paralegal is public record, I've never represented myself to be an attorney to anyone as I am not.
