ALLHDD.COM Failed to fulfill my order, NO Customer Service, NO Refund Rego Park New York
Order (3) Hard Drives that were indicated as being In Stock. Placed order 5/16/2014 at 8am EST. They had no problem charing my credit card $753.71 for full amount. Never got order acknowledgement or tracking number. Repeated calls to them only got voice mail recording to leave message. Sent Faxes and email for 5 days - not reply. Now have sent them order cancellation via email, their website, fax, and voice mail - remember, no one answers the phone. Called my bank to dispute the charges. Also contacting State's Attornery, FTC, BBB, etc.
Don't do business with them - 100% Bad experience and still working on getting REFUND
