THe jobs advertised as base pay with commission, and interviewing with the company you are told it is base pay with commission, but when you are hired, it is only commission based. THere are several weeks that I was out in stores working for 60 hours or more only to get less thatn 200 dollars for one week. Once I only got $48 as my weekly pay. Plus, I was not reimbursed for mileage, gas or personal cell phone use.
