Alliance Title Service, Inc. Alliance Title Service, real estate, timeshare, management, Internet

The Alliance Title Services, Inc. company listed my Playa Del Sol timeshare and sold my property within a month. When I asked how they were able to do this, they told me it was none of my business! I was only curious, and moreso relaying a compliment. They took it as industrial espionage or something. LOL Relax Alliance Title Services, I'm not getting into selling timeshares.

Hard to Know

It is difficult to know who is legitimate and who is not. I encourage consumers to look up the company with:
- Better Business Bureau (http://www.bbb.org/)
- Federal Trade Commission (http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/alerts/alt185.shtm)
- the state's Attorney General (http://www.naag.org/)
- the state's licensing department to determine if they have a legitimate business license
I looked up this company and did not find that they have a legitimate business license according to http://licenseinfo.oregon.gov/
You can also Google or Bing the name of the company followed by "fraud" and see what pops up.

Am currently working on selling a PDS with them also. So they were on the up and up? Did the sale go through okay and you received your money in a timely manner? Any other problems?
