Insurance purchased for Delta trip to Scottland -- first flight segment had fire, had to land, missed international connection in NYC.

Allianz refused coverage saying I was "delayed" not interrupted.  Delta lost return reservation; flight home was late and missed connection home.

Allianz agents were not pleasant for the most part; some even rude.

Failed to honor the advertised condition of coverage.
