A note to CEO's, Supervisors, Managers, and Those applied. When granted permission by the federal government, to utilize a service mandated by the government, and getting caught red handed abusing the service; do not act foolish with a pretentious legal team, in stopping the punishment that is GOVERNMENT mandated.
In brief, my name, as well as my social security number; are NOT to be entered into your background search service. The private information; is NOT to be looked at by your staff. The information; is NOT to be sent into a spool/recover/and print function. That information, as well is NOT to be disclosed to another party. (A NON LAW ENFORCEMENT AFFILIATION). That information is not to be reviewed, and then utilized in crimes, in ANY SENSE. (THIS MEANS) - 'Dont let your moron employees print out my NCIC's in COMPLETION, SELL, or GIVE them to civilains, allow the civilians to track down people listed on these said NCIC's, and then allow crimes in the nature of (BRIBERY, or COERCION) take place.
Being that this is done, I have three options for this company.
1. My consent for your research to be allowed, and in stride, your LICENSE, comes at cost. ONLY TO BE DISCLOSED BY MYSELF.
2. ALL parties involved, FULL PROSECUTION.
3. AND IF ALL FAILS, YOUR COMPANY FOR FULL PROSECUTION.
A side note if you please; KEEP Marty Martensen and his following, OUT OF MY FACE, SIGHT, AND ....SENSE.....
