Allied Car Insurance ripoff Des Moines Iowa

My car was struck by a driver who had Allied insurance. The driver admitted to the police that he was at fault and this was in the police report. My car was undriveable and had to be towed to the repair shop, where repairs took more than 3 weeks. In the meantime, I had to borrow my sister's car. When it was all done, Allied refused to pay the claim. I finally had to file a small claims action and sue them. Allied repeatedly refused to pay the claim and acted in bad faith. I'm still out the money because I won't take less than the cost of the repairs.
