Bought a new bike from Corky @ Allgator Alley. After sale he would not return several messages. I walked up the chain and 3 weeks later Scott Mann called me back. He is a rude IDIOT. His DADDY owns the place and we feel that is the only reason he is G.M. They were a few reasons I called but first, Vic in finance jammed GAP insurance on me by saying it was only $3 a month. That was a lie! The wife pointed out it was $500 plus interest and tax. The next morning we went back and Vic said I need to call H.D. finance and I did. It was a crock, another lie. Finally weeks later Alligor Alley sales manager RON told us on (2) seperate occasions "CHECK IS IN THE MAIL".
That was a couple months ago. We have filed a small claims suit in Broward county. Twice my new 2018 Road King was in for service because the clutch seemed off. Both times I was told it is fine. After that we received an "IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL" from Harley in Milwaukee that stated---hydraulic clutch system will exhibit an internal leak which may result in loss of control increasing the risk of a crash. WOW! Unbelievable... I think they want me to file a second lawsuit. If you make the mistake of looking for a motorcycle, the new Milwauke Engine is awful. If you have a salesman ask them for prices on a few bikes. Good luck with that.

There are no 2019 court cases in Broward County involving Alligator Alley Harley Davidson or J.S. Florida Motorsport. If you had been victorious in such a case you would have proudly provided the case number and not continued to be evasive.
You have fabricated some (if not all) of your story and appear to be suffering from a case of buyer’s remorse. Enjoy your new ride.

ALLIGATOR ALLEY PAYS PLAINTIFF!

Alligator Alley. Glad we settled EVERYTHING in court yesterday. Both of your attorneys were very pleasant. We are looking forward to recieving our damages and ALL court costs which Alligtor Alley must pay Plaintiff. In ending we hope you learmed that your customers are your MAIN asset and not to be treated like dogs. We still have the "IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL" notice that you are aware of that said IF NOT REPAIRED, "COULD LEAD TO A LOSS OF CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE ..... INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH", (your service dept looked at clutch twice and said there was no problem). Your WRITTEN response to Plaintiff was: "YOU MAY VERY WELL HAVE A VALID COMPLAINT ABOUT YOU CLUTCH; BUT YOU SHOULD ADDRESS THAT WITH THE MANUFACTURER, NOT THE DEALER. ENJOY YOUR NEW RIDE." That is business suicide and really stupid, ESPECIALLY TO PUT THAT IN WRITTING. Your website has plenty of complaints. What you are saying is the NEW bike should be shipped to Milwaukee from Florida for recall repairs. How Alligator Alley put that in writting is not comprehensable. The wife and I know we have taught you some manners and look forward to resolving final issues. AGAIN, YOUR WRITTEN QUOTE SAID: "YOU MAY VERY WELL HAVE A VALID COMPLAINT ABOUT YOUR CLUTCH; BUT YOU SHOULD ADDRESS THAT WITH THE MANUFACTURER, NOT THE DEALER. ENJOY YOUR NEW RIDE". If you have learned anything from this matter, you have or will dismiss the employee that put that in writing. The wife and I are VERY PLEASED with final outcome. We wish all the best to Alligator Alley and its family. Even the dismissed employee that wrote, "YOU MAY VERY WELL HAVE A VALID ISSUE COMPLAINT ABOUT YOUR CLUTCH; BUT YOU SHOULD ADDRESS THAT WITH THE MANUFACTURER, NOT THE DEALER. ENJOY YOUR NEW RIDE". AGAIN, THANKS AND WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO RECEIVE CHECK. XOXO

Bought a new bike from Corky @ Alligator Alley. After sale he would not return several messages. I walked up the chain and 3 weeks later Scott Mann called me back. He is a rude IDIOT. His DADDY owns the place and we feel that is the only reason he is manager. They were a few reasons I called but first, Vic in finance jammed GAP insurance on me by saying it was only $3 a month.
Turned out it was $500 plus interest and tax. The next morning we went back to cancel the GAP insuranece and Vic said I need to call H.D. finance and I did. It was a crock of horse manure. Another lie. H.D. headquarters in Milwaukee said dealer is responsible. Finally weeks later Alligator Alley sales manager RON told us on (2) separate occasions "CHECK IS IN THE MAIL". ANOTHER LIE! That was a couple months ago.

SEVERAL COMPLAINTS. BUT TO PUT IT SHORTLY. I GOT RIPPED OFF IN THE FINANCE OFFICE. ALLIGAOR ALLEY PROMISED ME TWICE THAT A $500 CHECK IS IN THE MAIL. THAT WAS (3) MONTHS AGO. WE AR TAKING THEM TO COURT AND INITIAL COURT DATE IS NEXT WEEK. THAE G.M. OBVIOUSLY HAS "NO IDEA" WHAT HE IS DOING.
HIS DADDY OWNS THE PLACE!!! THAT IS WHY IS IS MANAGER. TRULY AN IDIOT!!! MY NEW ROAD KING WAS IN THE SHOP TWICE BECAUSE THE CLUTCH SEEMED OFF. BOTH TIMES I WAS TOLD IT IS FINE. THEN WE RECEIVED AN "IMPORTANT RECALL FROM HARLEY DAVIDSON IN THE MAIL. IT SAID "HYDRAULIC CLUTHCH SYSTEM WILL EXHIBIT AN INTERNAL LEAK WHICH MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF CONTROL INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH." THAT IS A QUOTE!
HERE IS ANOTHER QUOTE THAT ALLIGATOR ALLEY RESONDED TO ME IN WRITING. YES IN WRITING! HERE IT IS... "YOU MAY VERY WELL HAVE A VALID COMPLAINT ABOUT THE CLUTCH, BUT YOU SHOULD ADDRESS THAT WITH THE MANUFACTURER NOT THE DEALER. ENJOY YOUR NEW RIDE" Can you believe those idiots put that in writing. THEY WANT ANOTHER LARGER LAWSUIT. I have not ridden my new Bike in months. Thanks Alligator Alley!

Nowhere in your complaint do you claim that the seller violated the terms of the written agreement. Obtaining a lower interest rate from another lender does not equate to a rip-off. A civil court judge will differentiate the difference between a rip-off and buyer’s remorse.
You don’t need to present the bike directly to the manufacturer. They should offer service through an authorized service location.
Do you have written documentation that supports your claim that the seller has agreed to send you $500?

Go ahead and try to cover your rear. I bought a new Harley from you guys and twice was told by your service department there is no problem with clutch. ALLIGATOR ALLEY IS A RIPOFF!!! Why were we told my $500 check is in the mail months ago. Ya never sent it!!! Another lie. ALLIGATOR ALLEY IS A RIPOFF!!! Do you have a comment on my below par credit score with you guys giving me a 10% interest rate. ANOTHER LIE! The next business day my credit union gave me a 4% rate because my credit score was 759. EXCELLENT!!! Another Alligator Alley Lie!!! ALLIGATOR ALLEY IS A RIPOFF!!! We do have buyers remorse because we bought the bike from Alligator Alley, anybody would. We were told to contact the H.D. finance company for my GAP cancellation which we did first thing the next business day. Also, a recorded conference call with your sales-manager Ronnie and H.D. finance headquarters should have made it obvious to you, Alligator Alley is responsible for Gap refund payment to us. Twice Alligator Alley said they will or did mail my $500 to our home address. You are not very bright attempting to defend Alligator Alley business practices. There is no defense. But thanks for keeping it up. This week I will be contacting the B.B.B. and Harley headquaters dealer complaint department and post some more social web sites. Your company does not care that I have not ridden my bike in nearly (2) months due to Harley Davidson important recall "Hydraulic clutch system will exhibit an internal leak which may result in loss of control which may result in increasing the risk of crash. Your saying I should take the bike to Harley in Milwaukee??? WHAT ARE THEY GONNA SAY WHEN WHEN I SHOW THEM YOU SAID THAT? Look at the Broward County small claims complaint I filed against you. There are several issues against Alligator Alley. You folks have not only avoided trying to straighten customer issues. YOUR RUDE!!! Any person that reads this should not buy anything from Alligator Alley. ALLIGATOR ALLEY IS A RIPOFF!!! See ya in court in a few weeks. P.S., the wife says, "HAY"...

Your signature on the financial agreement is the final word that you agreed to the GAP insurance and the finance charge. You failed to read the agreement prior to signing or you are suffering from a case of buyer’s remorse. A civil court judge will tell you ‘a deal is a deal’.
You may very well have a valid complaint about the clutch; but you should address that issue with the manufacturer not the dealer.
Enjoy your new ride.

Nice Response: Must be Scott Mann... Your just as rude on the telephone. I will refer to my wife as "The Wife" as I please and have been for the last 33 years. You on the other hand I could refer to as a DOG ... Your DADDY did not teach you any manners? Certainly, no business sense.
I have purchased 4 motorcycles in 8 years, 3 from Alligator Alley, 2 previous to your DADDY giving you a management position. You need to learn manners, ESPECIALLY TO CUSTOMERS! Any other comments you want to make with reference to initial complaint?
Clutch problem, dishonest employee, "THE WIFE" and I have still not received a refund that your salesmanager said is in the mail months ago. Not to mention the run around "THE WIFE" and I got from your company. One more thing! When I bought the piece of junk from you, Vic in finance told me my credit score was below 700 and the interest rate will be 10%.
When "THE WIFE" called our credit union the following business day my score was 759. The credit union gave me an instant 3.9% approval. The title to the state received from your dealership is another complaint. I won't mention it until our court date in 4 weeks. Your lawyer and I have been playing phone tag to try to clear up your mess. FORGET IT!
See ya in court. "THE WIFE" said if we go to trial we should include the owner. Lets put this conversation on all websites. Shall we??? Looking forward to your kind response. Gotta go, time for "THE WIFE" to wash my feet.

Any and ALL charges would have been clearly printed on the bill of sale and the contract YOU signed. When YOU signed said contract, YOU agreed with the Terms and Conditions. What YOU are telling the world is YOU didn't even bother to READ what YOU were agreeing to, BEFORE you agreed to it, otherwise YOU would have objected to this GAP charge! Anybody with COMMON SENSE knows to READ what they are agreeing to before they agree to it! Secondly...your wife is a human being and is to occupy a special place in your life. She is NOT "the dog", "the car", "the house". She is YOUR WIFE. Why not learn some respect and refer to her in a non insulting way. She is "MY WIFE" and not sonething much less as "the wife"!
