Allmusic.com - Mymusicinc ripoff overcharge no avenue for redress Internet

As I was applying for membership to this site, I tried to go back one screen to correct the payment plan that I wanted (I thought I was signing up for the monthly plan which was under $2.00, instead I was being charged 17.95 or something and tried to go back one screen to figure out why).

Too Late. Although I did find that there was a box for an additional service that I neglected to uncheck, I found that my purchase had already been made. Simple enough, I thought. I'll just send contact the company and explain what happened. So, I search for contact info. and find that there is no phone number, no address, no email address where they can be contacted, only a box to write a complaint in and a send button, along with a promise to reply within 24 hours. Well, they did reply, but only to say that my message had been received and that it would be taken care of within 48 hours.

Instead of that happening, I look at my bank account activity the next day to find that I have been charged $42.34, far above the $17.95 which in itself was an overcharge. I sent another message asking that my account be cancelled and I get a full refund, and that message has also been ignored.

I found a link to mymusicinc.'s cancellation and refund page, but am unable to process there because I don't have a transaction number for the purchase, which I should have been sent in an email that first day but never received. There is no contact information for this purchase on my bank statement.

This can't be legal. Stay away from allmusic.com.
