This dealer sells you a vehicle and changes the terms by raising the amount of down they ask of you. The dealer also neglects to call you back whenever you have a question in regards to the loan, they rather pass the call or problem to someone else who cannot do anything and tells you to wait to hear from them. I just bought a vehicle from them and they dropped the amount of rebate that was first stated in the contract for another amount to raise their profits. They had ten days to make changes to the contract, however, it took them 14 days to advise of the changes. When the second contract was signed they were in a hurry to obtain the copy of the original contract as they knew they were acting unlawfully and in bad faith. Now I have received phone calls from the lender telling me that they had changed the amount of the rebate too. How far will these people go to make a sale.

WE TOO have experienced the most emotional distress interation with ALLSTAR KIA of SAN BERNADINO, CALIFORNIA. We porchased or at least we thought we did, a 2014 Kia Optima on February 23, 2014. On March 21, 2014 just SHY OF THRITY DAYS, we get a call stating that they could not get the car financed? Plus, they had us sign the transfer of names for the DMV, add on optional coverage, gave us a low finance rate of 7.9% and knew what our credit scores were on the 23rd of February, 2014. THEY DAMAGED OUR CREDIT BY PHISING IT OUT TO NUMEROUS BANKS 15 TIMES!!!! AND EACH OF OUR CREDIT SCORES DROPPED APPROX. 105 POINTS *#@@#*!!! Also, we received two congratulations letters for purchasing a KIA AFTER THE FACT and an automated telephone call from the owner of this loation??? If you are starting a classaction lawsuit, you can count us in.
