Allumiereskinsolution Ad said free shipping for facial cream and serum trial for 14 days. Received it about 3 weeks later, so couldn't try it for 14 days, when they took funds out of my bank account, over $200.00 without my consent, as if I liked it, and had said I wanted more, when I did not. Called and called for my refund and would get all kind of excuses, and that I will get a months supply for my money. Never received that. Called and called and was told that the trial product was 100.00 each anyway, and I have not returned the unused product. I did not want to return it, spend more money doing so, and figured that's what I will have to use for my 200.00. If I returned it, I would have nothing for my money. But I would rather have my money back in my account, but they will not do it, even tho they know I have not 200.00 worth of products. I'm sorry, the ad said pay for shipping, for free products, and I did pay the shipping.

I get a person anwering my phone calls with a bad accent, and I can't understand him.  I told him I wanted to speak to someone without an accent, and he was stubborn and said he could help me.  Another time I asked to speak to the manager, and a man with an accent again, said he would help me.  I asked for the manager, and he would not pass me to the manager.  I had to talk to him.  Asking for my money was like, it wasn't my money, and they have it, and will not refund it to me.  Same story about me not returning the unused products, when I got them so late, way after the 14 day trial time.  They alwasy email me with "sorry for the inconvenience" crap, but will not refund me my money.  I am not well off, and can not afford 200.00 for nothing.
