This company has found a way to steal the security deposits of newlyweds!

First, they covertly advise or place into the contract the prohibition of any outside food or beverages being brought into the venue or event.

Then, the scam begins.  On the day of the event, they will dispatch one of their employees to take photos and videos of unsuspecting guests lingering outside, or walking in the parking lot.  If they catch you with a drink or virtually anything in your hand, they gotcha!

When you attempt to collect your deposit back, they'll accuse your guest of violating the contract and agreement, and refuse to give the money.  Don't let them fool you.  This is a scam and they have no way to win this!

1) There is no way for them to prove the person they took a picture of was even a part of your event.  And if this person was there, a grainy or small photo or video of the person walking in the parking lot proves nothing.

2) They often use "stock" photos or videos that clearly show someone obviously holding can or bottle of beer.  There's no way for them to prove the time stamp of the video.  Always question their evidence.

3) There is no way for them to prove alcohol or anything they claim is inside of whatever bottle the alleged person in the photo is carrying.  Don't be panicked or worried about their scare tactics.

4) Small claims and civil courts will rule in your favor because they are the ones making the accusations.  And therefore, they have the burden of proof to support their claim.

Question everything, especially their evidence!

Allure Gardens are perfect examples of some of the worst thieves out there.  They don't even have the decency to come up with an air-tight scam!

Unprofessional and outright thieves!

Keep an eye on the staff.  They are always too quick to take your food away and rush the entire event.  Only tap water with lemon and seasoning is served during dinner, then NO other beverages are available for the remainder of the 3 or 4 hour event (in HOT Las Vegas).  If you are thirsty, you can buy a small cup of whatever at their bar for a measley $10 (are you kidding?).  And they love to eat the wedding leftover food in front of you, not to mention consuming leftover wedding cake slices when no one is looking.

Allure Gardens Not a rip off

AUTHOR: newlyweds - ()

POSTED: Friday, July 05, 2013

A few hours after this person was told that per the contract, her deposit could not be refunded. One of her guests was drinking by his car and later smuggled the alcohol inside the venue. Photos were taken and the person was described to her. She even initialed the contract where it tells clients that $200 of their deposit money is automatically forfeited should this happen. We can be shut down by the City for this and therefore we take it very seriously. Our contract was written by our attorney.

It's totally unfair that she wrote this ripoff report and also lied about everything and even lied to her husband about writing it. They were the ONLY ones who never received their deposit back because of this and we have done hundreds of weddings and events. A slander action will be filed against them but in the meantime... Do not believe everything you read and remember, there are two sides to every story!

It's a shame that someone who is upset can make lots of accusations and say you scam people. This is simply true. Maybe she should get her deposit from the guy who snuck in the alcohol because he didn't want to pay for any drinks.

During the buffet we offered free Ice Tea & free Ice Water. They are able to have that out the whole night for only $45. but chose not to.  We do not use "stock photos" and we do have proof of the person who did this. Also, our bar prices do not even come close to $10. Beer is only $3 and mixed drinks are only $5.

We make enough food for the events and extra for our staff. We care about our staff and feed them. The only person who ate in sight was the bartender because she is not allowed to leave her post. We include the cake for free so they did not pay for it. I believe that anyone who reads her report can read between the lines and this gives her no reason to stoop so low as to engage in slander.
