Aprendi mi leccion de mala manera.  Soy de la ciudad de México y trabajé muy duro toda mi vida para ser lo suficientemente efectivo
como para vender mi condominio en santa fe para cumplir mi sueño de jubilarme en Cancún.
Vine a Cancún hace 6 meses tratando de encontrar el departamento de mi retiro perfecto para mi y mi familia.

Cuando venia del Aeropuerto de Cancun vi bastantes publicidades de Allure Beach Front Condos y es asi como me entere de este Condominio.  El ir a visitar el desarrollo juraria que fue uno de los mayores errores en mis 68 años de existencia.
Fui recibido en el trailer de la sala de exposiciones y fui conducido al atractivo sitio de construcción.
Después de hacer un recorrido con mi esposa, instantáneamente nos enamoramos.  Practicamente esto era con lo que habíamos soñado y con el dinero que recibiria al vender nuestro condominio de Santa Fe, podríamos pagar los $8,500,000 pesos , precio para un pequeno departamento en Allure en Puerto Cancun.

Después de que regresamos a casa a la ciudad de México, pudimos encontrar rápidamente un comprador para nuestro departamento en Santa Fe.
Una vez que vendi mi departamento me contacte nuevamente con la gerente de Allure Fabienne ella me proporcionó una "cuenta especial"
para transferir su solicitud de transferencia del 50% del valor de la propiedad $4,250,000 pesos.  Fabienne fue muy contundente al explicarme que si ella no recibía los fondos en ese mismo viernes de esa misma semana , otra persona estaria comprando la misma unidad, que yo ya no podria comprar y que perdería mi oportunidad.

Tambien me comento que tendria yo que realizar un apartado de $500,000 pesos a su cuenta bancaria de Santander que para el bloqueo de la unidad algo asi me comento.  Segui cada paso que ella me instruia.
Ya pasaron bastantes semanas y nunca recibi ninguna informacion o notificacion de que ella ya habia recibido mi dinero , no recibi garantia
de que mi departamento estaba reservado ni nada al respecto.  Fue en ese entonces cuando comenze a llamar directamente a la oficina de ventas de Allure intente contactarme via email con Fabienne , fui ignorado, mis llamadas siempre estuvieron en espera y despues de un largo tiempo solo colgaban el telefono.  Es ahi cuando entramos en Panico y sentimos que algo no solia andar bien.

Fue asi que nos dirigimos mi familia y yo de regreso a Cancun claro sin avisarles a ellos, para saber que estaba pasando y resolver el probema.  Fui en persona junto con mi familia a las oficinas de ventas de Puerto Cancun , cuando llegamos ,
el agente de ventas que me habia atendido y dado el recorrido junto con Fabienne que me habian convencido de comprar en Allure fingieron como si nunca nos hubiesen visto antes a mi esposa ni a mi.

Les explique de mi transferencia ( que de hecho tengo recibo ) , le pregunte que porque no habia obtenido algun tipo de respuesta y solo actuó como si no me conociera. Despues de esto regresamos al hotel sintiendome muy mal, cabisbajo, trizte y derrotado.

La verdad no sabemos que hacer siempre que me presento hacen como nunca haberme visto antes, necesito ayuda de alguien por favor . Tengo 68 años y a esta altura de mi vida no puedo contener este dolor tan intenso , siento que le he fallado a mi familia y
no miro esperanzas de recuperar mis ahorros de toda mi vida .

I learned my lesson in a bad way. I'm from Mexico City and I worked very hard all my life to be effective enough
like to sell my condo in santa fe to fulfill my dream of retiring in Cancun.
I came to Cancun 6 months ago trying to find the perfect retirement apartment for me and my family.

When I was coming from Cancun Airport I saw lots of advertisements for Allure Beach Front Condos and that's how I found out about this Condominium. Going to visit the juraria development that was one of the biggest mistakes in my 68 years of existence.
I was received in the trailer of the exhibition hall and was taken to the attractive construction site.
After making a tour with my wife, we instantly fell in love. Practically this was what we had dreamed about and with the money we would receive when selling our condo in Santa Fe, we could pay the $ 8,500,000 pesos, price for a small apartment in Allure in Puerto Cancun.

After we returned home to Mexico City, we were able to quickly find a buyer for our apartment in Santa Fe.
Once I sold my apartment I contacted again the manager of Allure Fabienne, she gave me a "special account"
to transfer your request for transfer of 50% of the value of the property $ 4,250,000 pesos. Fabienne was very forceful in explaining that if she did not receive the funds on that same Friday of the same week, another person would be buying the same unit, that I could not buy anymore and that I would lose my opportunity.

He also told me that I would have to make a section of $ 500,000 pesos to his Santander bank account that for the blocking of the unit something like that he told me. I followed every step she instructed me.
It's been a few weeks now and I never received any information or notification that she had already received my money, I did not receive any guarantee
that my apartment was booked or nothing about it. It was at that time when I started calling the Allure sales office directly, I tried to contact me via email with Fabienne, I was ignored, my calls were always on hold and after a long time they just hung up the phone. It is there when we entered Panico and we felt that something did not go well.

It was so that my family and I went back to Cancun clear without notifying them, to know what was happening and solve the problem. I went in person with my family to the sales offices of Puerto Cancun, when we arrived,
the sales agent who had treated me and given the tour along with Fabienne who had convinced me to buy in Allure pretended as if they had never seen my wife or me before.

I explained to them about my transfer (that I actually have a receipt), I asked him why he had not gotten some kind of response and he only acted as if he did not know me. After this we returned to the hotel feeling very bad, cabisbajo, trizte and defeated.

The truth is we do not know what to do whenever I show up, they do as they have never seen me before, I need help from someone please. I am 68 years old and at this point in my life I can not contain this intense pain, I feel that I have failed my family and
I do not look for hope of recovering my life savings.
