This company claims to be a manufacturing of windows and doors. when all together they are liars and cheaters acting a role. In all truth, all this company does is call people randomly with telephone marketers. Then they come to your house and tell you about how they are a high end long term manufacturing company producing their own windows and doors and give you a so called direct factory price.
Then the person who comes to your house claims to be a factory worker when their really is no factory, just a sales men. And when they install the windows you see that the logo on the window is a different company. The sales people who come to your house are very well trained in cheating and taking your money and not providing you with the service they told you all about from the very start. This company is horrible and the owners are very bad people with bad morals and no shame. I would never recommend anyone to ever buy from them. My advice stay far away from them.

I agree with the original report . As a past customer of aloplast duke windows and doors I and my parents have also been ripped off. They said they would be done the job by a certain time but did not come till two months later. They damaged my hardwood floor and wall during the installation and did not want to repair it at first. The owners Duby and Mickie are not very help full. The job is still not finished after one year. I had to contact a legal service to try and deal with them ,still nothing has been accomplished. I would never recommend this company to any one.

I am a customer of Aloplast Duke windows and Doors
They are a great company I have been there faithful client for over 6yrs.
I know the person that wrote this comment about the company. You are a s/m at Aloplast . It does not give you the right to Insult a company because you have a problem with the owner!!!!
Aloplast Duke Windows Is a great Family Business. That should say it all "Family" business.
You should be ashamed of yourself to do something like this.
And this site should investigate before posting!!!!
