Complaint Review: Alore Anti-wrinkle Serum
Alore Anti-wrinkle Serum Product came in envelope from: Use At Your Own Risk. Expensive Mistake. Internet
*Consumer Comment: cancelled account
*Consumer Comment: trial period
*UPDATE Employee: Alore Skin Care Customer Service
After two weeks and 2 days my bank account was charged $94.28 for my "free" sample. When I called the company I was informed the "free" trial was for two weeks, not one month, even though the sample offered on the web site was for one month.
The man I spoke with, Shawn, was not apologetic and told me no refund will be given because I did not contact the company within the free two week trial period. Therefore, I am being charged the full month's supply amount.
Is this how the company makes its money? I can't see too many repeat customers if this is the extent of their customer service.
What concerns me is the facial bumps which have not disappeared after stopping the Alore. The bottle has neither a complete list of ingredients, nor country of manufacture on it. No information was included in the envelope about any clinical trials or problems that could arise with the Alore's use.
So, what is in it? Did I inadvertently poison my system?
