Alpha Prime APU*VITALITYNO2AP UNLIMITED I did not receive my samples until after the 14 day window then when I tried it and didn't like it and try to get my money back. the customer service people were rude and would not let me speak. they would hang the phone up on me I would call back and ask to speak to supervisor and they would do the same thing hang up on me so when I called my bank Capital One they did the same thing during a conference call and hung the phone up on me and my bank representative LAS VEGAS Nevada

 I'm just trying to get my money back because I didn't get the product within the 14 day trial. And I honestly thought that I had 30 days and when I figured it out that I got it past the 14 day. I thought it was a fraud and sure enough after I read the Ripoff reports and called consumer affairs in Washington DC they echoed my sentiments so now my bank Capital One assured me that it was a fraud and it or scam and they credited my Mastercard back very quickly but then after about a month they reversed it so I'm very upset and some writing to rip off report to see if there's any resolve indoor restore that have one more chance to write to my bank Capital One bank to see if they will reconsider. I think any time you call a customer service within an organization and they're hanging up the phone on you you know it's a scam and when they yell at you and then they talk over top of you you know it's a rip-off. I guess what I have learned is to not order stuff online with my credit card or debit card and also to research the company a little bit more before ordering something had I known there was so many complaints against them I would have never ordered any of their products. As far as my bank is concerned I'm also going to see if there any complaints against Capital One bank with regards to my situation and I may ask to have it escalated and speak with the manager who may be able to override it get my money back that's what I'm praying for. The last thing I want to say is that I'm a disabled veteran who was returning to cyber security School and I really need my money I thought these supplements with make feel better but they did not and now I'm reading that there's been adverse effects and that people have been getting sick from pills I would not recommend this company as far as Capital One Bank I guess time will tell if I would recommend them to someone either
