My expeirence was pretty smooth 

I didnt really look into the accredations but my ticket to Dubia was upgraded to Business class for a third of the price of what I would pay online. 

They lived up to their statement.

Responding to the head of Alpha flight. I will buy airline tickets from you but if they are cancelled by the airline and I have to pay for tickets at check in Will you re em ruse me the difference in the cost of buying a ticket from you and the cost of a new ticket purchased at check in because the airline has dreamed your ticket void.

they claim to be in IATA and ARC travel associations, first off they are not associations- fishy smell one that they dont know that.

They are the accreditaion organizations for Agents to do ticketing, you claim to be in both, thats fishy smell number two.

You display thier logos giving the impression you are accredited by both, yet I cannot find any accredited number for AFG in either organization. Fishy smell number three.

So if it smells fishy it usually is.

This issue was a misunderstanding, and everything was resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
